|a يتلخص هذا البحث في التعريف بالشقاق بين الزوجين من خلال قوله تعالى: (وَإِنۡ خِفۡتُمۡ شِقَاقَ بَيۡنِهِمَا...) الآية، وبيان أن المراد بالخوف في الآية عند جمهور المفسرين هو العلم واليقين بحصول الخلاف بين الزوجين؛ وذلك لبعث الحكمين، ثم لابد أن يكونا من أقارب الزوجين، ولهما أن يفعلا ما يريان من جمع أو تفريق، بعوض أو بغير عوض. كما يوضح هذا البحث أن الحكمين متى ما خلصت نيتهما وصدق عزمهما للإصلاح بين الزوجين فإنَّ الله يوفق بين الزوجين، ويعودا لما سبق من المودة والرحمة، وحسن العشرة.

This is to send the two arbitrators, then it is necessary They must be relatives of the spouses, and they may do whatever they see fit, whether they combine or separate, with or without compensation. This research also shows that when the two arbitrators are sincere in their intentions and sincere in their resolve to reconcile the spouses, God will reconcile the spouses, and they will return to their previous love, mercy, and good treatment.
