|a سعت الدراسة إلى تحديد فعالية استخدام العلاقات العامة لشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في تمكين وتعزيز الثقافة الفلسطينية، وتدعيم أصولها داخل المحافل الدولية عبر تحليل منشورات (صفحة Facebook) الخاصة بوزارة الثقافة الفلسطينية - دراسة حالة)، حيث برزت أهميتها في الكشف عن أهمية العلاقات العامة وأساليبها الحديثة، المتمثلة في الاعتماد على شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي (Facebook) في تمكين الثقافة الفلسطينية داخل المحافل الدولية. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث قامت بالاعتماد على أداتي تحليل المضمون والمقابلة؛ للإجابة على أسئلة الدراسة وتحقيق الأهداف المرجوة منها، وتم تحليل منشورات وزارة الثقافة الفلسطينية عبر منصة (Facebook) والبالغ عددها (473) منشوراً خلال الفترة المحددة (1/6/2022 إلى 27/4/2023) التي تعتبر بداية أحداث المقاومة الفلسطينية داخل أراضي الضفة الغربية الفلسطينية، وقد تم توظيف نظرية الاتصال الحواري في هذه الدراسة.
|b The study sought to determine the effectiveness of public relations' use of social networks in empowering and promoting the Palestinian culture and strengthening its assets in international forums by analyzing the posts (Facebook page of the Palestinian Ministry of Culture – as a case study), as its importance emerged in revealing the importance of public relations and its modern methods, represented by relying on social networks (Facebook) in empowering the Palestinian culture in international forums. The researcher used Mixed methodology, where she relied on the tools of content analysis and interview to answer the study questions and achieve the desired objectives, and analyzed the publications of the Palestinian Ministry of Culture through the Facebook platform (473) posts during the specified period (1/6/2022 to 27/4/2023), which is considered the beginning of the events of the Palestinian resistance inside the Palestinian West Bank, and the theory of dialogic communication was employed in this study.
