|a أهداف البحث ۱) إبراز الموقف الإسلامي من الآخرين. ۲) بيان مدى اهتمام الشريعة الإسلامية بمبدأ التكافل بين أطراف المجتمع وإن لم يكونوا على ملة واحدة وتحقيق هذا التكافل عن طريق أحكام عمليــة واقعية، يسعد بها الناس على اختلاف أجناسهم وأديانهم. ۳) تأصيل مشروعية وقف المسلم على غير المسلم والعكس. (٤) إحياء ثقافة الوقف وتعميمها بين المسلمين وغير المسلمين محليا ودوليا. منهج البحث 1) يتبع هذا البحث المنهج الاستقرائي الذي يقوم على استقراء مذاهب الفقهاء في أبواب الزكاة والوقف بالنسبة للمسلمين ولغير المسلمين، واستقراء أدلة كل مذهب. ٢) يتبع هذا البحث أيضا المنهج الاستنباطي في استنباط وجوه الدلالة من الأدلة للاستدلال بها على المسائل محل البحث. 3) كما يعتمد هذا البحث المنهج التحليلي من جهة الترجيح بين أقوال الفقهاء. - تم عمل خاتمة للبحث بالإضافة إلى توصيات الباحثة. - تم عمل فهارس الموضوعات البحث، وللمصادر والمراجع.
|b Aims: 1- Explaining the Islamic attitude from others. 2- Declaring the importance of Islamic jurisprudence with the principle of solidarity among parties of society in spite of the difference of religion and achieving this solidarity through realistic practical rules benefit people of different religions. 3- Rooting the permissibility of Waqf for a Muslim and non-Muslim. 4- Revival the culture of Waqf and spreading it among Muslims and non-Muslims locally and internationally. The course of research: 1- This research follows the explanation course that is based on knowing the schools of Jurists concerning Almsgiving and waqf for Muslims and non-Muslims and explaining the proofs of all schools. 2- This course follows the deducting course for deducting the significance of evidences as a guide for questions of this research. 3- It depends on the analytical course concerning the sayings of jurists. - Conclusion of the research and the recommendations of the researcher. - Indexes for the subjects of the research, sources and references.
