This study focuses on university students in Biskra and aims to investigate the impact of entrepreneurial spirit in motivating students to choose the "university degree-startup" option. This initiative, introduced by the Ministry of Higher education and scientific research, is an unprecedented opportunity for students to secure employment that aligns with their desires and fulfills their ambitions. Additionally, the study aiming to explore the level of entrepreneurial spirit of the university students of Biskra on the one hand, and the strong influence of entrepreneurial spirit on entrepreneurial orientation on the other hand, Furthermore, the research aims to identify the primary factors contributing to the development of this spirit, with the goal of enhancing its role and promoting its further growth. |
