|a تناول هذا البحث جمع أقوال الإمام "الرباعي" في الرجال من خلال كتابه " فتح الغفار" وقد اقتصرت البحث على من له فيه قولا مستقلا لنفسه، وقد بلغ عدد الرجال الذين تكلم فيهم قرابة (ثمان وخمسين راويا) وقد اعتمدت في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الاستقرائي في جمع أقواله في الرجال، ثم المنهج النقدي، وذلك من خلال الترجمة للرجال ونقل أقوال علماء الجرح والتعديل فيهم، مقارنا بين قوله في الراوي وبين ما عليه الجمهور للوقوف على مدى الموافقة أو المخالفة وتوصلت في نهاية البحث إلى أن: القاضي "الرباعي"- رحمه الله تعالى -كان يتميز منهجه النقدي بالاعتدال والبعد عن التشدد والتعنت، كما يتميز منهجه النقدي أيضا بالدقة والأمانة والنزاهة العلمية، والتثبت اللازم قبل الحكم فقد أحصيت من تكلم فيهم كلاما مستقلا لنفسه قرابة (ثمان وخمسين راويا "وافق في نقده والحكم عليهم الجمهور في (سبع وأربعين راويا) وخالف في حوالى (احدى عشر راويا) أي أن نسبة الموافقة للجمهور حوالي (۷۸%).
|b This research dealt with the collection of the sayings of Imam "al-Raba'i" about men through his book "Fath al-Ghaffar", and the research was limited to those who had an independent saying for himself, and the number of men he spoke about was about (fifty-eight narrators). In this study, I relied on the inductive approach in collecting his sayings about men, then the critical approach, through translating the men and transferring and modifying the sayings of the scholars of Jarh and Al-Tadeel in them, comparing between his sayings in the narrator and what the public has to do to determine the extent of approval or disagreement. And I concluded at the end of the research that: the judge, Al-Roba'i, may God Almighty have mercy on him, was distinguished by his critical approach with moderation and his being away from strictness and intransigence. His critical approach was also distinguished by accuracy, honesty, scientific integrity, and the necessary verification before judgment. I counted those who spoke independently for himself about (fifty-eight narrators). In his criticism and judgment, the public agreed with (forty-seven narrators) and disagreed with about (eleven narrators), meaning that the approval rate for the public is about (78%).
