This study aims to determine the feasibility and readiness of employers affiliated with the National Social Security Fund for Salaried Workers- Medea Agency- for digitization, based on the dimensions of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The study was conducted on a sample of employers affiliated with the National Social Security Fund for Salaried Workers of the Medea Agency using the SPSS V.26 program. The study found that perceived usefulness, ease of use, technological infrastructure, compliance costs, and government policy and support, as dimensions of the Technology Acceptance Model, have the ability to explain the readiness of employers affiliated with the National Social Security Fund for Salaried Workers- Medea Agency- for digitization. |
