المستخلص: لطالما شكلت الترجمة الأدبية سبيلا من سبل التواصل والتقارب الحضاري بين الشعوب، وفتحت آفاقا جديدة نحو الغيرية ومد جسور التواصل والتلاقي بين الآداب والحضارات، محققة بذلك الرسالة الأسمى التي يطلع إليها الأدب، في محاولة لرأب الصدع ونبذ شتى الاختلافات والانقسامات القطرية، هذا وقد مرت هذه الحركة بعديد المراحل التي سايرت الوضع السائد وما يحكم العالم من تكتلات وقوى. ومن الجلي أن الدوافع التي تؤدي إلى الترجمة في محورها (شرق/ غرب) تختلف عن الدوافع التي تنتج الترجمة الأدبية بمحور (غرب/ شرق). سنحاول في هذه الورقة البحثية تسليط الضوء على حركة الترجمة الأدبية بمحوريها وتحديد الدوافع والمآلات التي صار إليها الفعل الترجمي في محور زمني يمتد في إطار العصر الحديث، متبعين منهجا استقرائيا نقديا، منطلقين من إشكالية محوية مفادها: كيف واكب مسار الترجمة الأدبية المستجدات الحاصلة على مستوى الحركة الأدبية العالمية وما هي أبرز المراحل التي شهدتها هذه الحركة؟ منطلقين من فرضية كون الترجمة في المقام الأول هي عبارة عن نقل وتحويل للألفاظ والمعاني من لغة إلى لغة أخرى، قاصدين التوصل إلى ملمح واضح حول الترجمة (بداياتها، عوائقها، مآلاتها)

Literary translation has oftentimes been a means of communication and civilizational rapprochement between peoples, as it has opened new horizons towards otherness and building bridges of communication and convergence between literatures and civilizations, hence achieving the supreme message that literature aspires to, positively in an endeavour to conciliate and reject various differences and country divisions, as this movement has passed through many stages that have followed the prevailing situation and the ruling of the world of blocs and forces. Above and beyond, it is understandable that the motives leading to translation in its axis (East/West) are different from the motives that produce literary translation in its axis (West/ East). Besides, we will try through this research paper to shed light on the literary translation movement with both axes, and determine the motives and destinies to which the translation act has become in a temporal axis that extends within the scope of the modern era, following an inductive and critical approach, and ^^^proceeding from a crucial problem, which stands for: How did the course of literary translation keep pace with the latest developments taking place at the world literary movement? and what are the most prominent stages witnessed by this movement? Starting from the hypothesis that translation stands primarily for a transfer and transformation of words and meanings from one language to another, aiming to attain a clear insinuation about the translation (beginnings, obstacles and destinies thereof).
