المستخلص: قد حشد علماء المسلمين طاقتهم من أجل دراسة القرآن الكريم، وتدبره، واستخراج معانيه، والبحث في أسراره، وصبروا في ذلك ما لم يصبروا على غيره، فسيطرت الروح الحذرة عليهم وهم يدرسونه خشية الوقوع في المحظور، لأن القرآن هو دين الله- عز وجل- وحلاله وحرامه، فراجعوا علومهم وفروعها ودققوا في المراجعة. وقد حاول هذا البحث في حذر ووجل استجلاء سر من أسرار صياغة القرآن للمعاني وطريقة بنائه لها، وبيان بلاغة نظمه، ودقة نسقه وثراء دلالاته، والنظر في التركيب المتوازي بين جمله، ويعنى توافق جملتين أو أكثر في بناء الكلام وتركيبه وصياغته من حيث الصرف والنحو، وفيه قد تتفق الألفاظ بالتكرار والإيقاع والصوت ودراسة أثر هذا التوافق على الدلالة والمعنى. وقد أشار العلماء قديما إلى شيء من ذلك أثناء حديثهم عن السجع وأقسامه، فجعلوا من أقسامه السجع المتوازي وهو توافق الفاصلتين وزنا وتقفيه دون رعاية لشيء آخر كان في السجع المطرف والمرصع مثل قوله تعالى في سورة الغاشية " فيها سرر مرفوعة وأكواب موضوعة" آية رقم ١٣ و١٤ والدراسة هنا لا تكتفي بهذا يعني توافق الفاصلتين وزنا وتقفية- بل تراعي كما قلت- التوافق النحوي والصرفي المصحوب بالتكرار أحيانا، والتوافق الإيقاعي والصوتي إلى آخر ما حاول البحث تلمسه في نسق الجمل المتتالية في النظم القرآني وتركيبه، بعد فقه لغته وأسلوبه ولمح إشارات كلماته.

Muslim scholars have mobilized their energy to study the Holy Qur’an, ponder It, extract Its meanings, and research Its secrets; and they have been patient in that as they have not been patient in anything else. So, a cautious spirit took control of them as they studied It for fear of committing mistakes, because the Qur’an is the religion of Allah- the Almighty- and what is permissible and what is forbidden, so they reviewed their sciences and their branches carefully. This research paper has carefully and diligently attempted to clarify one of the secrets of the Qur’an’s formulation of the meanings and the way It constructs them; to explain the eloquence of Its structure, the accuracy of Its format and the richness of Its meanings; and to look at the parallel structure between Its sentences, which means the agreement of two or more sentences in the construction, composition, and formulation of speech in terms of morphology and grammar, in which words may agree in repetition, rhythm, and sound. Additionally, the effect of this agreement on the connotations and the denotations is studied. Scholars in the past referred to something of this while talking about Saj’ and its types; so they made one of its categories: Parallel Saj’: It is the compatibility of the two commas in meter and rhyme without care for anything else. It is found in the irregular and studded Saj’, such as the Almighty’s saying in Surat Al-Ghāshīyah, "In it there are beds raised and cups placed" (verses 35 and 36). The study here is not satisfied with this- meaning the compatibility of the two commas in meter and rhyme- but rather takes into account, as I said- the grammatical and morphological compatibility accompanied by repetition sometimes, and the rhythmic and phonetic compatibility, etc., which the research tried to detect in the arrangement of successive sentences in the Qur’anic structures and Its syntax, after recognizing Its language and style; and catching the hints of Its words.
