| 520 | |a تناقش هذه الورقة مفهوم «الجدل الأصولي» وأثره في ترتيب بنية علم أصول الفقه مادة ومنهجا كونه «علم أصول فقه خاص»، مع بيان علاقة المنطق بالجدل، وعلاقتهما معا بالمنهج العلمي، وبيان الأسس التي بني عليها الجدل الأصولي تأليفا ومناظرة، مع بيان خصائص الجدل الإسلامي مخصوصا في أصول وتميزه عن الجدل اليوناني في القصدية، وآليات إنتاج المعرفة، ثم حجتها ومدى وجوب الأخذ بها. وقد حاولت أن استجلى مسائل الجدل الأصولي من خلال دراسة «كتاب الجدل» للإمام علي بن السرور الحنبلي، وتوضيح هندسته العامة والخاصة في هذا الكتاب الذي جاء في سياق الجدل الأصولي مراعيا الخصوصية الحنبلية. |b This paper discusses the concept of "Aljadal al usouli" and its impact on arranging the structure of the science of "fundamentals of jurisprudence" as a subject and method, as it is a "special science of fundamentals of jurisprudence," with a clarification of the relationship of logic to controversy, and their relationship together with the scientific method, and an explanation of the foundations upon which fundamentalist debate was built in composition and debate, with a statement of the characteristics of Islamic debate in particular. In the origins and its distinction from the Greek debate regarding intentionality, the mechanisms of knowledge production, then its argument and the extent to which it is necessary to adopt it.. I have tried to clarify the issues of the "Aljadal al usouli" by studying "The Book of Controversy" by Imam Ali bin Surur al-Hanbali, and to clarify its general and specific architecture in this book, which came within the context of the fundamentalist debate, taking into account the Hanbali specificity. |d Cet article discute du concept d' «Aljadal al usouli» et de son impact sur l» organisation de la structure de la science des «principes fondamentaux de la jurisprudence» en tant que sujet et méthode, car il s» agit d'une «science spéciale des principes fondamentaux de la jurisprudence», avec une clarification de la rapport de la logique à la controverse, et leur relation avec la méthode scientifique, et une explication des fondements sur lesquels le débat fondamentaliste s'est construit dans sa composition et son débat, avec un énoncé des caractéristiques du débat islamique en particulier.
