المستخلص: تعتبر كفاءة البنية التحتية للموانئ والخدمات اللوجستية المقدمة، واحدة من العوامل الأساسية التي تساهم في تعزيز القدرة التنافسية العامة للموانئ وتقليل تكاليف التجارة الدولية، وميناء عنابة كأحد الركائز الأساسية في نشاط التجارة الخارجية في الجزائر يلعب دور أساسي في حركة الصادرات والواردات، من خلال ما يوفره من بنية تحية ملائمة وخدمات لوجستية متنوعة كالتخزين والتوزيع والنقل والتخليص الجمركي والشحن، إلا أن الميناء لا يزال يواجه بعض التحديات والمشاكل المتعلقة بالبنية التحية والخدمات اللوجستية التي يقدمها والتي انعكست على كفاءة الميناء وعلى نشاط التجارة الخارجية على مستواه.

The efficiency of port infrastructure and the provided logistics services is considered one of the key factors that contribute to enhancing the overall competitiveness of ports and reducing international trade costs. The port of Annaba, as one of the main pillars of Algeria's foreign trade activity, plays a crucial role in the movement of exports and imports by providing suitable infrastructure and various logistics services such as storage, distribution, transportation, customs clearance, and shipping. However, the port still faces some challenges and issues related to the infrastructure and logistics services it offers, which have reflected on the port's efficiency and the level of foreign trade activity.

L'efficacité des infrastructures portuaires et des services logistiques fournis est considérée comme l'un des facteurs essentiels qui contribuent à renforcer la compétitivité générale des ports et à réduire les coûts du commerce international. Le port d'Annaba, en tant que l'une des pierres angulaires de l'activité commerciale extérieure en Algérie, joue un rôle essentiel dans le mouvement des exportations et des importations, grâce à ses infrastructures adéquates et à ses services logistiques variés tels que le stockage, la distribution, le transport, le dédouanement et l'expédition. Cependant, le port continue de faire face à certains défis et problèmes liés aux infrastructures et aux services logistiques qu'il fournit, ce qui a eu un impact sur l'efficacité du port et sur l'activité du commerce extérieur à son niveau.
