المستخلص: In the era of globalization, English has become essential for professional and academic communication, especially in media and communication fields. In Algeria, the Ministry of Higher Education aims to enhance English language education at universities to improve academic outcomes and prepare students for multicultural work environments. Media and communication disciplines, in particular, require strong English skills to develop the country's media system. However, Algerian universities face challenges such as students' weak language foundations, limited resources, and insufficient practical training. This study explores future trends in English education for media and communication students in Algeria, with a focus on aligning educational practices with market needs. It seeks to propose solutions to overcome current challenges, preparing graduates to engage effectively in both local and global media environments.
