|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان أثر وفعالية السياسة النقدية على ميزان المدفوعات في الجزائر خلال الفترة (2021-2000). لتحقيق هذا الهدف، تم التطرق إلى الأسس النظرية لكل من السياسة النقدية وميزان المدفوعات وواقعهما في الجزائر، مع التركيز على العلاقة التي تربط بينهما من خلال متغيري سعر الصرف والكتلة النقدية خلصت الدراسة إلى نتائج بارزة، أهمها التأثير الإيجابي الواضح للإصلاحات والتعديلات على المنظومة المصرفية الجزائرية وتحسن معظم المؤشرات الاقتصادية. ومع ذلك، أظهرت الدراسة محدودية فعالية السياسة النقدية في التأثير على ميزان المدفوعات بسبب التركيز الكبير للتداول النقدي خارج القطاع المصرفي والاعتماد المفرط للاقتصاد الجزائري على صادرات النفط، التي تتميز بطلب غير مرن لا يتأثر بشكل كبير بتقلبات أسعار الصرف.
|b This study aims to demonstrate the impact and effectiveness of monetary policy on the balance of payments in Algeria during the period (2000-2021). To achieve this goal, the theoretical foundations of both monetary policy and the balance of payments were addressed, along with their realities in Algeria, with a focus on the relationship between them through the variables of exchange rate and money supply. The study concluded with significant findings, notably the clear positive impact of reforms and adjustments on the Algerian banking system and the improvement of most economic indicators. However, the study also showed the limited effectiveness of monetary policy in influencing the balance of payments due to the substantial focus of monetary transactions outside the banking sector and the excessive reliance of the Algerian economy on oil exports, which have inelastic demand that is not significantly affected by exchange rate fluctuations.
