|a لا يرتكز التأريخ للطب العربي وعلاقته بالطب والصيدلة الإغريقية عند تواد على التصور الخطي الدارويني للتاريخ، بل هو مشروط بمراعاة علاقة هذا التطور بالبيئة الطبيعية والثقافية التي جرى فيها، مما يتطلب الاستعانة بالجانب الإثنولوجي واللساني وحتى الإيكولوجي في هذا التأريخ لأن للطبيعة وما اكتنفته من حضور وغياب للنباتات وأسمائها، لم يؤثر فقط على تطور البحث في العلاج الدوائي، بل على ترجمة النصوص الإغريقية وما اعترى الترجمة من صعوبة وتغيير، واجتهاد في نقل العلم الإغريقي، أو إيجاد البدائل المادية، وهي المشكلات الابستمولوجية التي تولدت عن ارتباط تطور الطب والصيدلة العربية ببيئتها الثقافية والطبيعية.
|b In alain Touwaid’s perspective, The study of the history of Arabic medicine and its relationship to the Greek medicine and pharmacology, would not be not be based only on a linear Darwinian conception, but conditioned by the necessity of taking in our consideration the relationship between this development and the natural and cultural environment in which this science was occurred. Which requires the use of the ethnological, linguistic, and even ecological aspects of this history, Because what natural environment contains, and what it lacks from plants to their names, are not influenced, only the development of research in drug treatment, but also the translation of Greek texts and created many difficulties in the translation, and diligence in finding alternatives. Thoses are the epistemological problems, which have resulted from the connection between the development of Arab medicine and pharmacy with its cultural and natural environment.
