المستخلص: Entrepreneurship has become a focal point of contemporary economic policies. To foster and enhance the development of entrepreneurial ventures, many countries have adopted a network-based organizational approach, namely industrial clusters, to improve and support these emerging entities. This mechanism aims to achieve economies of scale, enabling the exploitation of related-process economies, thus facilitating the adoption of advanced technologies, fostering specialization, and creating more job opportunities. Consequently, product quality is elevated. This research sheds light on industrial network clusters and their impact on activating the nascent entrepreneurship sector.
