نتناول في هذا البحث أثر ريادة الأعمال في الحد من البطالة، وريادة الأعمال تمثل القدرة على إنشاء وإدارة وتطوير مشروع مع مراعاة المخاطر التي قد تواجه المشروع مثل الأزمات الاقتصادية الطارئة، ونقص التمويل وقرارات العمل السيئة وذلك من أجل تحقيق الأرباح، وهو قد يكون منشأة فردية أو جماعية. وتلعب ريادة الأعمال دورا رئيس في اقتصاد أي بلد لأنها تعمل على إيجاد فرص عمل جديدة للقائمين عليه ينشأ عنها تأثير متتالي في الاقتصاد بما تشكله من إضافات إلى الدخل المحلي على صورة إيرادات ضريبية أكبر، وإنفاق حكومي أكبر مما يمكن الدولة من استعمال هذه الإيرادات في الاستثمار بالقطاعات الأخرى المتعثرة. ونتناول في هذا البحث مشاريع ريادة الأعمال التي تقوم على الأفكار المبتكرة والإبداعية ودورها في توفير فرص العمل للشباب من خريجي الجامعات والمؤهلات المتوسطة، وما هي المعوقات التي تعوق انتشارها والتوسع فيها بهدف إيجاد حلول تؤدي إلى انتشارها وتذلل العقبات التي تقف حائلا أمام القيام بدورها في نمو الاقتصاد والحد من البطالة. وهذ البحث هو محاولة لألقاء الضوء عليها بأسلوب علمي للتعرف على دورها في توفير فرص عمل بالمجتمع للشباب ومحاولة لتقديم الحلول لإزالة المعوقات التي تعوقها عن النمو.
This research examines the impact of entrepreneurship in reducing unemployment. Entrepreneurship represents the ability to establish, manage, and develop a project while considering the risks that may face the project, such as unexpected economic crises, lack of funding, and poor business decisions, all in order to achieve profits. The project may be either an individual or a collective enterprise. Entrepreneurship plays a crucial role in the economy of any country because it creates new job opportunities for those involved. This, in turn, has a cascading effect on the economy by contributing to local income in the form of larger tax revenues and increased government spending, which allows the state to use these revenues to invest in other struggling sectors. This research focuses on entrepreneurial projects based on innovative and creative ideas and their role in providing job opportunities for youth, including university graduates and those with intermediate qualifications. It also discusses the obstacles that hinder their spread and expansion, with the goal of finding solutions to help overcome these barriers and allow entrepreneurship to contribute to economic growth and reduce unemployment. The research aims to shed light on these issues in a scientific manner to understand the role of entrepreneurship in providing job opportunities for youth and to propose solutions to remove the obstacles preventing its growth.
