المستخلص: يتناول البحث "طرق حديث المغيرة بن شعبة رضي الله عنه في المسح على الخفين بالجمع والدراسة، وقد قدم الباحث دراسته بمقدمة تشتمل على أهمية الدراسة وبواعث اختيارها، والدراسات السابقة للموضوع، ومنهج الدراسة، وطبيعة عمل الباحث، ثم ترجم لراوي الحديث المغيرة بن شعبة رضي الله عنه، ترجمة وافية، وبعد قام الباحث بجمع طرقه من كتب السنة المسندة، كما قام بتخريجها، وبيان ما فيها من العلل، وفروق ألفاظ المتون وعللها، كما قام بدراسة أسانيدها والترجمة لجميع الرواة الواردين فيها ثم أنهى بحثه بخاتمة تتضمن أبرز النتائج التي توصل إليها من خلال بحثه.

This research deals with a manuscripts of " versions of Moghira , s hadith in Wippping the khuffs ," "studying and inquiry" as a practical jurisprudence issues ,which pertain to every Muslim. It deals with scientifically the Hadiths documentation mentioned in the issue from the original sources with an indication of the degree of each hadith ,including validity and weakness. The researcher has studied these Hadiths' different ways and extraction ,also their script and what is related to; including the translation of narrators ,shown its strange vocabulary. the study has included an intruduction ,two chapters ,and aconclusion. the intruduction has included: study evaluation ,the motives ,former studies, and resarch methods. The First chapter has included: an identifycation with the narrator" Al Moghira" in a full dress translation. the second has included: versions of Moghira ,s hadith in Wippping the khuffs ,"studying and inquiry". while the conclusion has included research summary and recommendations that confirms to us the importance of the efforts of hadith scholars in clarifying the state of hadiths and the effects contained in the jurisprudential issues and their role in the jurisprudential giving preference.
