المستخلص: سعت الدراسة إلى التعرف على القيم الإيجابية من حيث أهميتها للشباب الجامعي، ورصد أهم سمات القيم الإيجابية، والوقوف على مبادئ تنمية القيم الإيجابية، وعلى الأسس النظرية لدراسة القيم الإيجابية، ورصد تصنيفات القيم الإيجابية، ومعرفة أهمية القيم الإيجابية للشباب الجامعي، وأهمية القيم الإيجابية للمجتمع، والتعرف على التوجهات النظرية التي فسرت القيم الإيجابية، ورصد أهم مظاهر القيم الإيجابية في الجامعات المغربية، ووظائف وأدوار القيم الإيجابية في الجامعات المغربية، والوقوف على مجهودات الجامعات المغربية في المحافظة على القيم الإيجابية وتعزيزها لدى الشباب الجامعي، والتعرف على آليات محافظة الجامعات المغربية على القيم الإيجابية وغرسها في نفوس الشباب الجامعي، واعتمدت الدراسة على نظرية " Summner". وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن للقيم الإيجابية أهمية كبيرة في تهيئة الشباب الجامعي لأنها تعمل على تكوين شخصيتهم وتحديد أهدافهم وتوجههم نحو التعامل مع قضايا الوطن، كما أنها تحقق للشباب الجامعي الشعور بالأمان، فهو يستعين بها على مواجهة المشكلات والتحديات في حياتهم العملية والعلمية، وتساعدهم على التنبؤ بالأفعال والسلوكيات في الأحداث والمواقف المتنوعة، بالإضافة إلى أن القيم الإيجابية تمثل قوة دافعة نحو العمل وتحسين أدائهم في أفضل صورة، وتعطيهم فرص للتعبير عن انفسهم من خلال فهمهم لذاتهم مما يساعدهم على إصلاح أنفسهم نفسيا وخلقيا، وتتمثل أهمية القيم الإيجابية للشباب الجامعي في أنها تعد المرحلة الجامعية من المراحل المهمة في حياة الشباب الجامعي إذ يكتمل فيها البناء القيمي والنفسي، وتتولد فيها الانتماءات والاتجاهات ويتنامى عنده الاستعداد لتحمل المسؤولية.

The study sought to identify positive values in terms of their importance to university youth, monitor the most important features of positive values, identify the principles of developing positive values, the theoretical foundations for studying positive values, monitor classifications of positive values, know the importance of positive values for university youth, and the importance of positive values for society. Identifying the theoretical trends that explained positive values, monitoring the most important manifestations of positive values in Moroccan universities, the functions and roles of positive values in Moroccan universities, identifying the efforts of Moroccan universities in preserving and promoting positive values among university youth, and learning about the mechanisms for Moroccan universities to maintain positive values. And instilling it in the souls of university youth, and the study was based on Summner's theory. The results of the study concluded that positive values are of great importance in preparing university youth because they work to form their personalities, determine their goals, and direct them towards dealing with the nation’s issues. They also provide university youth with a sense of security, as they use them to face problems and challenges in their professional and academic lives, and help them predict Through actions and behaviors in various events and situations, in addition to that positive values represent a driving force towards working and improving their performance in the best way, and give them opportunities to express themselves through their self-understanding, which helps them to reform themselves psychologically and morally, The importance of positive values for university youth is that the university stage is considered one of the important stages in the life of university youth, as the value and psychological construction is completed, affiliations and trends are generated, and the willingness to assume responsibility grows.
