|a هدف البحث إلى بناء تصور استراتيجي مقترح لتطبيق الحوكمة الإدارية في مدارس التعليم العام الحكومية بمدينة تعز، وذلك من خلال التعرف على درجة تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة الإدارية في مدارس التعليم العام الحكومية بمدينة تعز من وجهة نظر الإداريين والمعلمين، ولتحقيق هدف البحث استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي التحليلي، وأداة الاستبانة التي تكونت من (59) فقرة موزعة على (5) مجالات طبقت على عينة عشوائية طبقية مكونة من (1030) معلما وإداريا، وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى أن درجة تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة الإدارية بشكل عام كانت متوسطة، وبمتوسط حسابي إجمالي (2.71) وانحراف معياري (0.10)، أيضا أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد العينة نحو تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة الإدارية تعزى لمتغيري المؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخدمة، وكذلك عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير النوع في جميع المجالات، ماعدا مجال المشاركة الذي ظهرت فيه فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لصالح الذكور، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير طبيعة العمل في جميع المجالات ولصالح المعلمين، ما عدا مجال النزاهة لم تظهر فيه أي فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية، وقدم البحث تصورا استراتيجيا مقترحا لتطبيق الحوكمة الإدارية في مدارس التعليم العام الحكومية بمدينة تعز، وأوصى بتبنيه من قبل الجهات المسئولة.
|b The research aimed to build a strategic vision for the application of administrative governance in governmental public education schools in Taiz city, this is done by identifying the degree of application of administrative governance principles in governmental public education schools in Taiz city from the point of view of Administrators and teachers. To achieve the research goal, I used the researcher the descriptive analytical survey method, and a questionnaire tool consisting of (59) items distributed over (5) areas, and was applied to a sample consisting of (1030) a teacher and administrative. The research concluded that the degree of application of administrative governance principles in general was moderate, with an overall arithmetic mean (2.71) and a standard deviation (0.10). The study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the averages of the responses of the sample members towards applying the principles of administrative governance due to the variables of academic qualification and years of service. There are also no statistically significant differences attributed to the gender variable in all fields, except for the field of participation, in which statistically significant differences appeared in favor of males. The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences due to the nature of work variable in all fields in favor of teachers, except for the field of integrity, in which no statistically significant differences appeared. The research suggested a proposed strategic vision for implementing administrative governance in governmental public schools in Taiz City, and recommended its adoption by the responsible authorities.
