المستخلص: Translation criticism is undoubtedly one of the basic topics in philosophical thought in particular, as it is the framework from which the cultural meaning is formed as defined by modern history and is primarily related to the communication of human civilizations and the cross-pollination and similarity of their vocabulary in many cases. As a result of the expansion of the intellectual and cultural orbits of this nation and the accessibility of its perceptions, the contemporary Arab intellectual system has given its effort and attention to translation as a sure path towards building and renewing creative thought, without excluding the convergence of languages and the presentation of the credibility of terminological transfer, which gives a new impetus to the exchange of cultures between the self and the other despite the obstacles and challenges.
