المستخلص: In spite of the educational value of developing technology skills for prospective Student teachers, the results of the pilot study on developing student teachers some technology skills, especially developing the design and production skills of electronic courses, revealed an evident deficiency in these skills. That deficiency doesn't pace the recent technological developments, that aim at preparing of teachers at the faculties of education. Additionally, the real teaching courses at this faculties lacks these skills. Accordingly, there's a need for alternative courses for reforming this deficiency and developing these skills based on the recent educational perspectives especially using the Moodle system in managing this content. Accordingly, this problem requires searching for how to develop these skills. It was suggested to develop these skills using blended learning program based on Moodle program. Thus, the current research sought to answer the following main question: What is the effectiveness of a blended learning program in developing the faculty of education student teachers the skills of managing the electronic course using MOODLE program? Research results 1. There is statistically significant difference at 0.01 between the scores means of the research group in both pre and post applications of developing the skills of managing the electronic course using MOODLE program, in favor of the post application scores. 2. The value of η2 (0.99) which represents the size of the effect of the large type between the scores means of the research group in the two applications pre and post in favor of the scores of the post application scores, which shows the effectiveness of learning using the blended learning program, in the light of the current research performance, in the development of electronic course management skills using Moodle system.
