تتحدد مشكله البحث بالتساؤل الاتي: ما العلاقة الارتباطية بين الأمن النفسي والفاعلية الذاتية لدى طلبة الجامعة؟ وتأتي أهمية البحث من أهمية الأمن النفسي ودوره الفاعل في تشكيل شخصيه طلبة الجامعة وعامل الاطمئنان والاستقرار لهم ومن أهمية الفاعلية الذاتية لطلبة الجامعة باعتبارها عامل مؤثر في اعتقادهم وإيمانهم بقدراتهم الذاتية. ويهدف البحث الحالي إلى تعرف 1. الأمن النفسي لدى طلبة الجامعة. 2. الأمن النفسي لدى طلبة الجامعة حسب متغير الجنس (ذكور- إناث). 3. الفاعلية الذاتية لدى طلبة الجامعة. 4. الفاعلية الذاتية لدى طلبة الجامعة حسب متغير الجنس (ذكور- إناث). 5. العلاقة الارتباطية بين الأمن النفسي والفاعلية الذاتية لدى طلبة الجامعة. بلغت عينه البحث الحالي (۲۰۰) طالب وطالبة من طلبة كليه التربية للعلوم الإنسانية ولتحقيق أهداف البحث الحالي قام الباحث ببناء مقياس الأمن النفسي والذي يتكون من (۳۰) فقرة بعد استخراج الصدق والثبات له بطريقتين هي إعادة الاختبار حيث بلغت (۰,۹۳) ومعادله الفاكرونباخ (٠,٨٦) وتبنى الباحث مقياس الفاعلية الذاتية لـ (النجار، ٢٠١٤) إذ يتكون المقياس من (٣٦) فقرة وتم استخراج الصدق والثبات له بطريقتين هما إعادة الاختبار حيث بلغت (۰٫۸۸) ومعادلة الفاكرونباخ إذ بلغت (۰,۸۲). وبعد تحليل البيانات إحصائيا توصل البحث الحالي للنتائج الآتية: - 1. أظهرت نتيجة الهدف الأول وجود دلاله إحصائية في الأمن النفسي لدى طلبة الجامعة. 2. أظهرت نتيجة الهدف الثاني وجود فروق ذات دلاله إحصائية في الأمن النفسي لدى طلبة الجامعة حسب متغير الجنس ولصالح الذكور. 3. أظهرت نتيجة الهدف الثالث وجود دلاله إحصائية في الفاعلية الذاتية لدى طلبة الجامعة.
The research problem is determined by the following question What is the correlation between psychological security and self-efficacy among university students? The importance of the research comes from the importance of psychological security and its effective role in shaping the personality of university students and the factor of reassurance and stability for them, and from the importance of self-efficacy of university students as a factor influencing their belief and belief in their own abilities. The current research aims to identify 1. Psychological security among university students. 2. Psychological security among university students according to the gender variable, males and females. 3. Self-efficacy among university students. 4. Self-efficacy among university students according to the gender variable, males and females. 5. The correlation between psychological security and self-efficacy among university students. The sample of the current research reached (200) male and female students from the College of Education for the Humanities. To achieve the objectives of the current research, the researcher built a measure of psychological security, which consists of (30) items, after extracting the goal and establishing its reliability in two ways: re-testing, which reached (0.93), and the Vacronbach equation. (0.86) The researcher adopted the self-efficacy scale (Al-Najjar, 2014), as the scale consists of (36) items, and its validity and reliability were extracted in two ways: re-testing, which reached (0.88), and the Cronbach equation, which reached (0.82). After analyzing the data statistically, the current research reached the following results: 1. The results of the first objective showed that there was a statistical significance in the psychological security of university students. 2. The results of the second objective showed that there were statistically significant differences in the psychological security of university students according to the gender variable, in favor of males. 3. The result of the third objective showed a statistical significance in the self-efficacy of university students.
