|a تتناول هذه الدراسة دور التعليم التقني والمهني في تعزيز التنمية المستدامة، مع التركيز على الواقع والتحديات التي تواجه ليبيا. إذ تبرز الدراسة أهمية التعليم التقني في توفير المهارات العملية والفنية التي تساهم في دعم الاقتصاد المستدام وتحسين جودة الحياة للأفراد والمجتمعات. كما تؤكد على دوره في تسهيل الانتقال نحو اقتصاد أكثر استدامة، من خلال تدريب الأفراد على استخدام تقنيات صديقة للبيئة وتحسين كفاءة استغلال الموارد. وتستعرض الدراسة كيفية دمج التعليم التقني والمهني في ليبيا بما يتوافق مع استراتيجية التنمية المستدامة، مستندة إلى تحليل مقارن لتجارب دولية رائدة مثل ألمانيا وكوريا الجنوبية. تم استخلاص العديد من الدروس المستفادة من هذه التجارب، والتي تظهر أهميتها في تطوير التعليم التقني والمهني في ليبيا ودوره في بناء اقتصاد مستدام.
|b This study addresses the role of technical and vocational education in promoting sustainable development, focusing on the reality and challenges facing Libya. The study highlights the importance of technical education in providing practical and technical skills that support a sustainable economy and improve the quality of life for individuals and communities. It also emphasizes its role in facilitating the transition towards a more sustainable economy, by training individuals to use environmentally friendly technologies and improve the efficiency of resource utilization. The study reviews how to integrate technical and vocational education in Libya in line with the sustainable development strategy, based on a comparative analysis of leading international experiences such as Germany and South Korea. Many lessons from these experiences have been drawn, demonstrating their importance in developing technical and vocational education in Libya and its role in building a sustainable economy.
