هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى مهارات الاتصال التربوي غير اللفظي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كلية العلوم التربوية بجامعة الحسين بن طلال في الأردن من وجهة نظر الطلبة تألفت عينة الدراسة من (۷۸) طالبا وطالبة وقد اختيرت بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، ومن أجل تحديد مهارات الاتصال التربوي غير اللفظي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كلية العلوم التربوية بجامعة الحسين بن طلال في الأردن؛ قامت الباحثة بتطوير استبانة اشتملت على (٤٢) مهارة اتصال تربوي غير لفظي موزعة على (٤) مجالات هي: (المظهر الخارجي، الصوت، المكان، الزمان). وقد أسفرت الدراسة على النتائج الآتية: 1. كانت مهارات الاتصال التربوي غير اللفظي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كلية العلوم التربوية بجامعة الحسين بن طلال في الأردن كبيرة على معظم فقرات أداة الدراسة. ۲. جاءت مجالات مهارات الاتصال التربوي غير اللفظي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس على الترتيب الاتي: (مجال المظهر الخارجي، مجال الصوت، مجال الزمان، مجال المكان). 3. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى أقل من (0.05) في المتوسطات الحسابية لدرجات ممارسة أي من مجالات مهارات الاتصال التربوي غير اللفظي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة الحسين بن طلال تبعا للمتغيرات الآتية: (الجنس التخصص، الأكاديمي، المعدل التراكمي).
This study aimed to identify the educational non-verbal communication skills among teaching staff in the College of Education Sciences at the University of Al-Hussein Bin Talal members in Jordan, from the student point of view. The study sample consisted of (78) student, were selected in a simple random way, in order to determine the educational nonverbal communication skills among faculty members in the College of education Sciences at the university of Al-Hussein Bin Talal in Jordan ; The researcher developed a questionnaire included (42) educational non-verbal communication skills, distributed on four areas: (outer appearance, sound, place, time). As a result of the study, the following results: 1- The educational non-verbal communication skills among faculty members in the College of Education Sciences at the University of Al-Hussein bin Talal in Jordan was great on most of the paragraphs of the study tool. 2-The areas of non-verbal educational communication skills came among faculty members Follows in order: (outer appearance, sound field, the field of time, the field of place). There were no statistically significant differences at less than the level of (0.05) in the averages for grades exercise any of the areas of faculty members at Al-Hussein Bin Talal University educational non-verbal communication skills according to the following variables: (sex, specialization Academic, GPA).
