|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان ماهية الاستثمار، والاستثمار في الذهب، وبيان حقيقة الذهب، وبيان حكم الاستثمار في الذهب، وأدلة مشروعيته، ومخاطر الاستثمار في الذهب من تقلبات الأسعار، عدم توفير العائد الثابت، المخاطر الجيوسياسية، عدم القدرة على توليد الدخل، العوامل التنظيمية، واحتمال تراجع الذهب، تجميد الأموال لفترة طويلة، مخاطر السيولة، مخاطر التخزين، الاحتيال والنصب. كما يهدف البحث إلى بيان أنواع الاستثمار في الذهب وحكمها، وبيان حقيقة الذهب المادي وحكم الاستثمار فيه، وآراء الفقهاء وأدلتهم ومناقشتها، ثم بيان الرأي الراجح، وتهدف- أيضا- إلى بيان حكم بيع الذهب بالأوراق النقدية، وذكر التكييف الفقهي للأوراق النقدية، وضابط الاستثمار في الذهب المادي، والاستثمار في صناديق الاستثمار في الذهب، وأهم ما يميز الاستثمار في صناديق الذهب، وحكم الاستثمار فيه وشروط ذلك، وحكم الاستثمار في الذهب عبر الإنترنت
