المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى دراسة أقوال المفسرين في الاستثناء من الخلود في النار أو في الجنة مع وجود آيات أخرى تنفي الخروج منهما؛ وأحاديث نبوية ذكرت خروج عصاة الموحدين من النار، وإبراز أقوى الأقوال في تفسير هذا الاستثناء، وبيان ضعف غيرها من خلال المنهج التحليلي للآيات وسياقها والروايات وأقوال المفسرين، وقد قسمت البحث إلى مقدمة، وتمهيد ومبحثين، وخاتمة. فبينت في المقدمة أهمية الموضوع وأسباب اختياري له. وفي التمهيد: ذكرت المعاني اللغوية لبعض ما في آيات الاستثناء من الخلود واستعمال القرآن لها، والمبحث الأول لأقوال المفسرين في تفسير الاستثناء من الخلود في النار ثم في الجنة مع التعليق عليها، والمبحث الثاني للأقوال المقبولة وأقواها. وفي الخاتمة أهم نتائج البحث وتوصياته. ومنها أن المرويات عن الصحابة فسرت الاستثناء من الخلود في الجنة أو في النار على ظاهره وأن الاستثناء من الخلود في النار بالخروج منها بعد دخولها ويشمل كل من يدخلها، والاستثناء من الخلود في الجنة فيما قبل دخولها لأن نهاية الآية تمنع خروج أحد منها.

The research aims to study the statements of the commentators on the exception from eternal stay in Hell or in Paradise, with the presence of other verses that deny leaving them; and prophetic hadiths that mentioned the exit of the disobedient monotheists from Hell, and to highlight the strongest statements in interpreting this exception, and to show the weakness of others. Through the analytical approach of the verses and their context, the narrations and the statements of the commentators, I divided the research into: an introduction, a preface, two chapters, and a conclusion. In the introduction, I explained the importance of the topic and the reasons for choosing it. In the preface, I mentioned the linguistic meanings of some of what is in the verses of the exception from eternity, and the use of the Qur’an for them. The first chapter is for the statements of the commentators in interpreting the exception from eternity in Hell and then in Paradise with commentary on them, and the second chapter is for the accepted statements and the strongest. The conclusion includes the most important results and recommendations of the research. Among them is that the narrations from the Companions interpreted the exception from eternity in Paradise or Hell on its apparent meaning, and that the exception from eternity in Hell is exiting from it after entering it, and includes everyone who enters it, and the exception from eternity in Paradise is before entering it because the end of the verse prevents anyone from exiting from it.
