المستخلص: شهدت العقود الأخيرة حدوث ثورة تقنية هائلة في مختلف العلوم والمجالات ووسائلها وكذا مجال الجريمة وكيفية تجنب حدوثها والتحقيقات الجنائية وجمع الاستدلالات وما يتعلق بأمن وسلامة المجتمع، وتعد تقنيات وتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي لزيادة مهارات المحققين في تتبع مختلف الجرائم بسرعة ودقة، كما تستخدم هذه التقنية في مجال جمع الأدلة التي تتصل بالجريمة وتقديم استدلالات عن تلك الجرائم ومرتكبيها وفك الرموز المعقدة بالجريمة. وقد ساهمت هذه التقنيات في تقديم معلومات هامة ودقيقة تساعد على الحد الجرائم والوقاية منها ومن أهم هذه التقنيات التعرف على بيانات الوجه وتطبيقات التسجيل الصوتي والاستماع عن بعد، والتعرف على الجناة، وهو ما يساعد في الكشف عن المزيد من الجرائم والتهديدات الأمنية كما تم تطبيق نظام التنبؤ الذكي للجريمة كما اعتمدت شركة المملكة العربية السعودية برامج مسرح الجرائم الذكي ونظام التنبؤ بالجرائم مما ساهم في تعزيز سلامة وأمن المواطنين. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المملكة العربية السعودية تسعى بخطي واثقة نحو مكافحة الجريمة بوجه عام، والعمل على استخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي بصورة منهجية نظامية ذات طابع اجتماعي وامني قوي، ولقد حققت تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي تقدم هائل في مختلف المجالات وخاصة المؤسسات الأمنية والشرطية. كما أوصت الدراسة باستحداث أقسام وفروع جديدة للتحقيق في جرائم الذكاء الاصطناعي لتضمن كافة تخصصات الذكاء الاصطناعي للسيطرة على كافة أشكال جرائم تقنية المعلومات، والتوعية بأهمية استخدامات الذكاء الاصطناعي في مجالات متنوعة ومن أهمها حماية أمن ونظام المجتمع.

The last decades have witnessed a tremendous technical revolution in various sciences, fields and means, as well as the field of crime and how to avoid its occurrence, criminal investigations, gathering evidence, and what is related to the security and safety of society. Artificial intelligence techniques and applications are considered to increase the skills of investigators in tracking various crimes quickly and accurately. This technology is also used in the field of collecting Evidence related to the crime, providing inferences about those crimes and their perpetrators, and deciphering complex codes related to the crime. These technologies have contributed to providing important and accurate information that helps reduce and prevent crimes. The most important of these technologies is facial data recognition, voice recording applications, remote listening, and identifying perpetrators, which helps in detecting more crimes and security threats. A prediction system has also been applied. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Company also adopted smart crime scene programs and the crime prediction system, which contributed to enhancing the safety and security of citizens. The study concluded that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is striving with confidence towards combating crime in general, and working to use artificial intelligence techniques in a systematic and systematic manner with a strong social and security nature. Artificial intelligence techniques have achieved tremendous progress in various fields, especially security and police institutions. The study also recommended the creation of new departments and branches to investigate artificial intelligence crimes, including all artificial intelligence specializations, to control all forms of information technology crimes, and raise awareness of the importance of using artificial intelligence in various fields, the most important of which is protecting the security and order of society.
