|a للحروف معاني ودلالات متعددة، ومن هذه الحروف حروف الجر، فهي تتعدد في معانيها وينوب بعضها عن بعض في بعض الأحيان، ويهدف هذا البحث إلى تسهيل وإدراك هذه المعاني من خلال عرض بعض الأمثلة عن حروف الجر وهي الباء- من- إلى، وبيان التكامل المعرفي بين علوم اللغة وعلوم الشرع من خلال استعمالات الحروف وأثرها في الاستنباط، فالفقيه لا يمكن أن يستنبط حكماً شرعياً مالم تكن له القدرة والممارسة والإلمام بأصول النحو، وفهم مقاصده، إلا بعلم النحو وعلم تخريج الفروع على الأصول، لبيان أسباب الخلاف الفقهي.
|b Letters have multiple meanings and connotations, and among these letters are prepositions. They have multiple meanings and sometimes stand in for each other. This research aims to facilitate and understand these meanings by presenting some examples of prepositions, namely Ba- from- to, and demonstrating the cognitive integration between them. Linguistics and Sharia sciences through the uses of letters and their effect on deduction. The jurist cannot derive a legal ruling unless he has the ability, practice, and familiarity with the principles of grammar, and understands its objectives, except with the knowledge of grammar and the science of graduating branches based on the principles, in order to explain the reasons for the jurisprudential disagreement.
