المستخلص: شهدت البدايات الأولى للقرن الحادي والعشرين سلسلة متعاقبة من التحولات والمتغيرات المعرفية والتكنولوجية، وأضحى التحول الرقمي هدفًا استراتيجيا وحتميًا لا يُمكن الفكاك عنه أو الحياد عن مراميه وتوجهاته، فهو أحد الآليات الرئيسة للولوج إلى آفاق التنمية المستدامة، حيث استقوت أنواع التكنولوجيا المتقدمة فطمست معالم المعرفة القديمة، وأزالت الحواجز بين أنظمة الإنتاج المادية والرقمية، وأفرزت صيغة مجتمعية جديدة تتطلب نوعية مغايرة من الأعضاء، وأفراد وفرق العمل الضامنة لتدعيم التواصل الوثيق بين الجامعات ومؤسسات العمل والإنتاج كأحد الآليات اللازمة لتزويد المجتمع بهذه النوعية من الأفراد، حيث تتكامل المجهودات ويتم تبادل الفوائد والمنافع، بما يُتيح استدامة المكاسب التبادلية والمشتركة، واستهدف البحث صياغة رؤية تربوية لتهيئة موارد تمويلية جديدة من خلال أنشطة الشراكة، ومن خلال استجلاء اتجاهاتها التقدمية ذات التأثير في ذلك، حيث تقوم الجامعات بأدوارها معتمدة على تلك الشراكة المستهدفة بتقديم خبراتها ورؤاها العلمية والفنية والتوعوية والبحثية للشريك المجتمعي، كما تقوم مؤسسات الإنتاج المتحالفة مع الجامعات كذلك بدورها في توفير متطلبات تحسين التعليم والتعلم والبحث العلمي ورعاية الابتكار من خلال تهيئة موارد تمويلية دائمة ومتجددة تضمن تبادل المنافع بين الشريكين المتحالفين، ولقد تعددت اتجاهات توثيق العلاقة والشراكة بين الجامعات والمؤسسات الإنتاجية ومن بينها : مراكز التميز البحثي، وجامعة الشركات، والحاضنات التكنولوجية، والكراسي البحثية، والشركات القابضة التكنولوجية، ومتنزهات العلوم والتكنولوجيا والجامعة الريادية واعتمدت البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يستهدف استجلاء متطلبات وآليات تهيئة موارد جديدة ومتجددة من خلال شراكات متميزة ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث ضرورة إعادة رؤية ورسالة الجامعات لتجديد بنية الجامعات والتعاطي الجيد مع اتجاهات وصيغ التجديد التربوي مثل مراكز التميز البحثي وجامعة الشركات والكراسي البحثية وجامعة ريادة الأعمال. ومنظمات التعلم.. وصياغة استراتيجية تربوية داعمة للشراكة، واعتماد التخطيط لتنمية الموارد الفكرية والبشرية على أساس منهجية علمية، لضمان المشاركة الفاعلة من كوادر وخريجي التعليم الجامعي في أنشطة التنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية.

The early beginnings of the twenty-first century witnessed a successive series of cognitive and technological transformations and variables. Digital transformation has become a strategic and inevitable goal that cannot be avoided or deviate from its goals and directions. It is one of the main mechanisms for achieving sustainable development horizons. Where advanced types of technology became stronger, obliterating the features of ancient knowledge, removing barriers between physical and digital production systems, and producing a new societal formula that requires a different quality of members, And individuals and work teams ensuring the strengthening of close communication between universities and labor and production institutions as one of the necessary mechanisms to provide society with this type of individuals, where efforts are integrated and benefits and advantages are exchanged, in a way that allows for the sustainability of mutual and joint gains, The research aimed to formulate an educational vision to create new funding resources through partnership activities, and by clarifying its progressive trends that have an impact on this, as universities carry out their roles relying on that targeted partnership by providing their scientific, artistic, awareness-raising and research expertise and visions to the community partner. Production institutions allied with universities also play their role in providing the requirements for improving teaching, learning, scientific research, and fostering innovation by creating permanent and renewable financing resources that ensure the exchange of benefits between the two allied partners. There have been many directions for strengthening the relationship and partnership between universities and productive institutions, including: centers of research excellence, the corporate university, technological incubators, research chairs, technology holding companies, science and technology parks and the entrepreneurial university. The research relied on the descriptive analytical approach that aims to clarify the demands and mechanisms for creating new and renewable resources. Through distinguished partnerships, one of the most important findings of the research is necessary, Renewing the vision and mission of universities to renew the structure of universities and dealing well with the trends and formulas of educational renewal, such as centers of research excellence, the University of Companies, research chairs, and the University of Entrepreneurship. And learning organizations... formulating an educational strategy that supports the partnership, and adopting planning for the development of intellectual and human resources based on a scientific methodology, to ensure the effective participation of university education cadres and graduates in social and economic development activities.
