|a سعى الباحث إلى دراسة مقارنة في باب النكاح بين مذهبين إسلاميين كان للأول تأثير كبير على الثاني فقهيا، بعد أن أخضعه لحكمه فترة طويلة فاقت الأربعة قرون، أعني: المذهب الحنفي الذي كان المذهب الرسمي للسلطنة العثمانية، والمذهب العلوي الذي خضع له طوال فترة حكم هذه السلطنة. كاشفا عن بعض النقاط التي أهملها العلويون تأثرا بالأحناف فقيها، في باب النكاح، وأهمها زواج المتعة. وقد توصل الباحث في النهاية إلى جملة من النتائج والتوصيات.
|b The researcher sought a comparative study in the field of marriage between two Islamic sects, the first of which had a great influence on the second jurisprudentially, after subjecting it to its rule for a long period exceeding five centuries, I mean: The Hanafi school of thought, which was the official school of thought of the Ottoman Sultanate, and the Alawite school of thought, which was subject to it throughout the period of the rule of this Sultanate. Revealing some points that the Alawites neglected under the influence of the Hanafi jurist, in the chapter on marriage, the most important of which is temporary marriage. In the end, the researcher reached a number of results and recommendations.
