|a استهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على المحددات العلمية للكفايات العالمية لدى القيادات التنفيذية بمديرية التربية والتعليم بمحافظة القليوبية، وذلك من خلال ما يلي الوقوف على الأسس النظرية للكفايات العالمية على ضوء الأدبيات المعاصرة، والكشف عن طبيعة تلك القيادات التنفيذية بذات المديرية بالإضافة إلى التعرف على طبيعة مديرية التربية والتعليم بمحافظة القليوبية، وتقتضي طبيعة البحث استخدام المنهج الوصفي للإجابة عن تساؤلاته العلمية وتحقيق أهدافه البحثية، وكان من أبرز نتائجها حاجة بعض قيادات مديرية التربية والتعليم بمحافظة القليوبية إلى تنمية معارفهم وتحسين مهاراتهم وتعديل اتجاهاتهم لتحسين أدائهم في العمل المؤسسي، كما أن بيئة العمل الداخلية بمختلف وحدات مديرية التربية والتعليم بمحافظة القليوبية تؤثر على الكفايات الوظيفية للعاملين بشكل عام والقيادات بشكل خاص بالإضافة إلى وجود بعض نقاط الضعف في الكفايات المتوفرة لدى قيادات مديرية التربية والتعليم بمحافظة القليوبية من حيث التطبيق أو الممارسة.
|b The current research aimed to identify the scientific determinants of global competencies among the executive leaders of the Directorate of Education in Qalyubia Governorate, through the following: identifying the theoretical foundations of global competencies in light of contemporary literature, and revealing the nature of those executive leaders in the same directorate, in addition to identifying the nature of the Directorate of Education. In Qalyubia Governorate, the nature of the research requires the use of the descriptive approach to answer its scientific questions and achieve its research objectives. One of its most prominent results was the need for some leaders of the Directorate of Education in Qalyubia Governorate to develop their knowledge, improve their skills, and modify their attitudes to improve their performance in institutional work. Also, the internal work environment in the various units of the Directorate Education in Qalyubia Governorate affects the job competencies of workers in general and leaders in particular, in addition to the presence of some weaknesses in the competencies available to the leaders of the Directorate of Education in Qalyubia Governorate in terms of application or practice.
