|a تعد الممارسات التصالحية (Restorative Practices)، جملة الجهود أو الأنشطة الاستباقية والتفاعلية التي تقوم بها إدارة مدارس التعليم قبل الجامعي في مصر، كبديل لتدابير العقاب التقليدية، بغرض إقامة علاقات إيجابية بين مختلف عناصر المجتمع المدرسي وإصلاح العلاقات من خلال استخدام الأساليب الرسمية وغير الرسمية في بناء العلاقات والتي تتراوح من تقنيات الحوار التصالحي غير الرسمي بين المعلمين والتلاميذ إلى المؤتمرات التصالحية الرسمية التي تشمل مختلف عناصر المجتمع المدرسي من إدارة ومعلمين وموظفين وأفراد المجتمع بما في ذلك الأسرة. واهتم البحث الحالي بدراسة خبرتي الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية ونيوزيلندا، وإمكانية الإفادة منهما في اقتراح بعض الإجراءات لتعزيز الممارسات التصالحية بإدارة مدارس التعليم قبل الجامعي في مصر. وتبنى البحث فرضاً مبدئيًا نص على: "إن الأخذ بنموذج متطلبات تطبيق الممارسات التصالحية في إدارة مدارس التعليم قبل الجامعي في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية ونيوزيلندا، قد ساعد على تعزيز تطبيق الممارسات التصالحية لها". وهدف البحث إلى الوقوف على الأسس النظرية لتطبيق الممارسات التصالحية في إدارة مدارس التعليم قبل الجامعي وفقا للأدبيات التربوية المعاصرة، والوقوف على واقع الممارسات التصالحية في إدارة مدارس التعليم قبل الجامعي في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية ونيوزيلندا في ضوء القوى والعوامل الثقافية المؤثرة فيها. كما هدف البحث إلى طرح مجموعة من الإجراءات المقترحة لتعزيز الممارسات التصالحية في إدارة مدارس التعليم قبل الجامعي في مصر. واستخدم البحث في سبيل تحقيق أهدافه مدخل الحلول الكبرى لجورج بيريداي وقدم في نهايته عددًا من الإجراءات المقترحة لتعزيز الممارسات التصالحية في إدارة مدارس التعليم قبل الجامعي في مصر في ضوء خبرتي الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية ونيوزيلندا.
|b Restorative practices are a set of proactive and interactive efforts or activities undertaken by the administration of preuniversity schools in Egypt, as an alternative to traditional punitive measures, with the aim of establishing positive relationships between the various elements of the school community and repairing relationships through the use of formal and informal methods of building relationships, ranging from informal conciliatory dialogue techniques between teachers and students to formal conciliatory conferences that include the various elements of the school community, including administration, teachers, staff, and community members, including the family. The current research focused on studying the experiences of the United States of America and New Zealand, and the possibility of benefiting from them in proposing some measures to be taken by the management of pre-university schools in Egypt, to enhance the requirements for applying restorative practices there. Search adopted initial hypothesis which states that: “Adoption the model of restorative practices in the management of pre-university schools in the United States of America and New Zealand may helped to enhance the applying of restorative practices in them”. The research aimed to identify the theoretical foundations for restorative practices in the management of pre-university schools according to contemporary educational literature, and to identify the reality of restorative practices in the management of pre-university schools in the United States of America and New Zealand in light of the cultural forces and factors influencing them. The research also aimed to present a set of proposed procedures to enhance the restorative practices in the management of pre-university schools in Egypt. In order to achieve its objectives, the research used George Peredi's major solutions approach, and at the end presented a number of proposed procedures to enhance the restorative practices in the management of pre-university schools in Egypt in light of the experiences of the United States of America and New Zealand.
