|a هدف البحث الحالي إلى تعرف دور المواطنة الرقمية كمدخل لتحقيق التمكين المهني لمعلم التعليم قبل الجامعي، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي القائم على جمع وتحليل وتفسير الأدبيات التربوية المعاصرة الخاصة بالمواطنة الرقمية والتمكين المهني، وبعد الاطلاع على تلك الأدبيات وتحليل العديد من الدراسات والبحوث وقراءة معطيات الواقع التربوي الاجتماعي فيما يتعلق بالمواطنة الرقمية والتمكين المهني وذلك على الصعيد المحلي والعالمي توصلت الباحثة إلى مجموعة من الإجراءات المقترحة لتمكين معلم التعليم قبل الجامعي مهنيا في ضوء مقومات المواطنة الرقمية التي تمثلت في وضع خطة وطنية متكاملة لتعليم المواطنة الرقمية في مرحلة التعليم قبل الجامعي، إدراج المواطنة الرقمية كمطلب أساسي ضمن متطلبات التمكين المهني للمعلم، تطوير برامج إعداد المعلمين بما يتناسب ومتطلبات إعداد طلابهم للعصر الرقمي، وإعدادهم للتدريس في فصول تعتمد علي أحدث التقنيات التربوية والاستراتيجيات المتطورة لمواكبة التغيرات في البيئة المتسارعة كالفصول الافتراضية والاستراتيجيات التعليمية الجديدة التي تتوافر في نظم تعليمية متاحة عبر الإنترنت.
|b The current research aims to explore the role of digital citizenship as an entry point for achieving professional empowerment for pre-university teachers. The researcher used a descriptive-analytical method based on collecting, analyzing, and interpreting contemporary educational literature related to digital citizenship and professional empowerment. After reviewing this literature, analyzing numerous studies and research, and examining the social educational reality concerning digital citizenship and professional empowerment at both local and global levels, the researcher reached a set of proposed measures to professionally empower pre-university teachers in light of the components of digital citizenship. These measures include developing a comprehensive national plan for teaching digital citizenship at the pre-university education stage, incorporating digital citizenship as a fundamental requirement within the professional empowerment needs of teachers, enhancing teacher preparation programs to meet the needs of preparing students for the digital age, and preparing teachers to teach in classrooms that utilize the latest educational technologies and advanced strategies to keep pace with changes in the rapidly evolving environment, such as virtual classrooms and new educational strategies available through online learning systems.
