|a استهدفت الدراسة الحالية قياس تحديات تطوير المهارات القيادية لدى مديرات مدارس التعليم الأساسي الحكومية بسلطنة عمان في ضوء متطلبات الاستراتيجية الوطنية للتعليم 2040 من وجهة نظر المديرات أنفسهن، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة الحالية؛ تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب الكمي، وقد شملت عينة الدراسة 136 مديرة من مدارس الحلقة الأولى بسلطنة عمان. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة الحالية إلى أن كل من تحدي ضعف الحوافز التشجيعية (المادية، والمعنوية) المقدمة لمديرات المدارس، وقلة الكفاءات الإدارية للوظائف المساندة تمثل أكبر تحديات تطوير المهارات القيادية لدى المديرات في ضوء متطلبات الاستراتيجية الوطنية للتعليم 2040 من وجهة نظرهن، كما أظهرت نتائج السؤال المفتوح وجود تحديات تنظيمية وإدارية ومالية. وأسفرت الدراسة الحالية عن تقديم إجراءات مقترحة لمواجهة تحديات تطوير المهارات القيادية.
|b The current study aimed to measure the challenges of developing leadership skills of female principals of public elementary education schools in the Sultanate of Oman in light of the requirements of the National Education Strategy 2040 from the point of view of the principals themselves. To achieve the objectives of the current study, the descriptive quantitative approach was used. The study sample included 136 female principals from first-cycle schools in the Sultanate of Oman. The results of the current study concluded that both the challenge of weak incentives (material and moral) provided to school female principals, and the lack of administrative competencies for supporting positions represent the greatest challenges to developing leadership skills of female principals in light of the requirements of the National Strategy for Education 2040 from their point of view. The results of the open question showed the existense of organizational, administrative and financial challenges. The current study resulted in the provision of proposed procedures to address the challenges of developing leadership skills.
