تناولت الورقة قضية (القيادة من منظور إسلامي)، كمنت أهمية الدراسة في أن ولاية أمر الناس من أعظم واجبات الدين، بل لا قيام للدين إلا بها، فإن بني آدم لا تتم مصلحتهم إلا بالإجماع لحاجة بعضهم إلى بعض. كما أن هذه الدراسة ليست للمتعة الفكرية وحسب، بل فيها طريق العودة إلى الله، وفيها إصلاح الناس وفلاحهم، فهي الأسلوب العلمي الترجمة كتاب الله عز وجل سلوكا وأخلاقا، حتى يصبح المؤمن محتكما إلى شريعة الله سبحانه وتعالى، ومحكما لها في جميع شئون الناس. هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى مرونة المبادئ التي تقوم عليها القيادة في الإسلام، والتركيز على العناصر ذات الكفاءة وتوليتها المهام والأدوار الوظيفية المختلفة داخل التنظيم وهو إدارة أمور الموارد البشرية على أساس اختيار القوي الأمين.. معرفة الأبعاد الفلسفية للقائد وذكر الأدوار والمهام التي يجب أن يتولاها القائد. تتلخص مشكلة الدراسة في السؤال الرئيس: ما هو منظور القيادة في الإسلام الذي يؤدي لتطوير الأمة الإسلامية؟ وتفرعت عنه التساؤلات: ما هي مبادئ القيادة في الإسلام؟ ما هي المهام التي يجب أن يتولاها القائد؟. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها: سبب انحدار المسلمين اليوم في مهاوي الجهالة والتخلف ابتعادهم عن منهج الإسلام القيادي. آفة العالم الإسلامي المعاصر هي فقدانه للقيادة، فمع أنه يتوفر في كل وسط من الأوساط حاكم أو قائد، ولكنهم ليسوا بالمستوى المطلوب لتخليهم عن حقائق الإسلام ومنطلقاته وأصوله وتفعيل شرائعه وتطبيقها في الحياة. أن القائد مهما كانت براعته لا يمكن أن يصنع شيئا بمفرده ما لم يسانده جيل قيادي كامل يرفعه ويسانده. من أهم التوصيات التي توصلت إليها الدراسة هي: لا صلاح للبشر إلا بوجود القيادة كما قال سيد الأمة، سيد القادة محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم لا يصلح آخر هذه الأمة إلا ما صلح به أولها ألا وهو القيادة الراشدة. لابد من اختيار من يقود بمقتضيات النصوص الشرعية التي تكمن في حفظ الضروريات والحاجيات والتحسينات وما يحيط بها.

The study aimed to find out the extent of flexibility of the principles on which leadership is based in Islam. Focusing on the efficient elements and assuming them the various functions and functional roles within the organization, which is the management of human resources matters on the basis of choosing the honest strong.. Knowing the philosophical dimensions of the leader and mentioning the roles and tasks that the leader should undertake. The problem of the study is summarized in the main question: What is the perspective of leadership in Islam that leads to the development of the Islamic nation? And branched out the questions: What are the principles of leadership in Islam? What tasks should the leader undertake? The study used the descriptive analytical method. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: The reason for the decline of Muslims today in the abyss of ignorance and backwardness is their distance from the approach of leadership Islam The scourge of the contemporary Islamic world is its loss of leadership. Although there is a ruler or leader in every medium, they are not at the level required for their abandonment of the realities of Islam, its principles, its origins, and the activation and application of its laws in life. The leader, no matter how ingenious he is, cannot do anything on his own unless he is supported by an entire leadership generation that raises and supports him. Among the most important recommendations reached by the study are: There is no righteousness for humans except with the presence of leadership, as the master of the nation, the master of leaders, Muhammad, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said. It is necessary to choose someone who leads according to the requirements of the legal texts that lie in preserving the necessities, needs, improvements and what surrounds them.
