|a هذا البحث يدور حول بيان معنى لفظ من ألفاظ الجرح والتعديل ألا وهو " إسناد أعرابي" وتأتي أهمية هذا البحث من أهمية موضوعه، فلا يخفي على المشتغلين بعلم الحديث ما لأحكام الأئمة في الرواة جرحا وتعديلا من الأهمية الكبرى، وما لها من الأثر العظيم على الروايات قبولا وردا. وتتمثل إشكالية البحث في أن هذا اللفظ قد جزم بعض المعاصرين بأنه لفظ من ألفاظ التجريح، وعليه فترد روايات من وصف بهذا الوصف لضعفه، بينما نجد أن هناك من العلماء المتقدمين من أطلق هذا اللفظ على أسانيد صحيحة، ورواة ثقات فكان من الحاجة بمكان أن أتتبع كل من وصف بهذا الوصف من الأسانيد، أو الرواة محاولا الوقوف على حقيقة هذا اللفظ من الجرح والتعديل. وانتهيت بأن هذا اللفظ ليس هو من ألفاظ الجرح، بقدر ما هو وصف لبيان حال الراوي من كونه من أهل البادية، وإن كان فيه تلميح بأن من وصف بهذا الوصف ليس من أهل هذه الصناعة فينبغي عدم التسرع في الحكم على مروياته إلا بعد الدراسة والتحقق. واقتضت طبيعة البحث أن يكون في مقدمة وثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة، وذيلته ببعض الفهارس لخدمة البحث. والله الهادي إلى سواء السبيل.
|b This research revolves around a statement on the meaning of an idiom of the Invalidating and amendment of Narrators of Hadith i.e.(Sunnah), which is" an attribution of an arab of the desert” i.e. Bedouin", The importance of this research comes from the importance of its subject, and in this regard, there is a fact which isn’t hidden upon the practitioners of the science of Hadith, which means that the provisions of imams in the narrators in terms of invalidating and an amendment have a great \ importance, and a great impact on the narrations in terms of accepting and refusing. The problem of the research is represented in:” some contemporaries scholars have asserted that this idiom is a term of invalidation, hence the narrations which assigned to this description aren’t accepted due to its weakness, whenever some of the ancient scholars gave this description on correct Assanid, and truthful narrators, so there’s a necessary need to follow all who had been described with this description either narrators or Assanid, trying to stand on the truth of this word of invalidating and amendment. I concluded that this term is not the wording of the invalidating, as much as it is a description of the state of the narrator of the people of the desert, although there is a hint that all who had been described with this description is not from the people of this industry (i.e. Hadith and it’s sciences), so we should not rush to judge its narratives only after study and verification. The nature of the research required to be divided as follows: an introduction and three topics and a conclusion, and finishing it with some indexes to serve the research. God who guides to the righteous way.
