تتناول الدراسة العوامل الدولية المؤثرة على الاستراتيجية التركية، وتهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على أسس السياسة الخارجية التركية الجديدة، عوامل البيئة الإقليمية المحددة للاستراتيجية التركية، قيود البيئة الدولية المحددة للاستراتيجية التركية. وتنحصر مشكلة الدراسة في السؤال الرئيس: ما هي العوامل الدولية المؤثرة في الاستراتيجية التركية؟ ماهي أسس الاستراتيجية التركية؟ ما هي عوامل البيئة الإقليمية المحددة للاستراتيجية التركية؟ ولمعالجة المشكلة اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الاستقرائي والمنهج الوصفي بالارتكاز على الملاحظة والتحليل. توصلت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج، منها: أن تراجع قدرات النظم الإقليمية في الشرق الأوسط أدى إلى بروز الاستراتيجية التركية، اعتماد تركيا على مخاطبة شعوب المنطقة الإقليمية، جعل لها دور منعاظم في صياغة النظام الإقليمي. قدمت الدراسة عددا من التوصيات منها: إقامة مجلس تعاون استراتيجي يضم جميع دول الشرق الأوسط لإرساء السلام في المنطقة. أخذ العبرة من التجربة السياسية والتهضوية في تركيا، باعتبارها نموذجا يحتذى به.
The study deals with the international factors affecting the Turkish strategy, and the study aims to identify the foundations of the new Turkish foreign policy, the factors of the regional environment specific to the Turkish strategy, and the limitations of the international environment specific to the Turkish strategy. The problem of the study is limited to the main question: What are the international factors affecting the Turkish strategy? What are the foundations of the Turkish strategy? What are the factors of the regional environment specific to the Turkish strategy? To address the problem, the study followed the inductive and descriptive approach based on observation and analysis. The study reached a number of results, including: The decline in the capabilities of regional systems in the Middle East led to the emergence of The Turkish strategy, which relied on addressing the peoples of the regional region, made it an increasing role in shaping the regional order. The study made a number of recommendations, including: Establishing a strategic cooperation council that includes all Middle Eastern countries to establish peace in the region. He learned the lesson from the political and reform experience in Turkey, as a model to follow.
