المستخلص: استهدف البحث تقديم رؤية مقترحة لتفعيل أبعاد مجتمع التعلم الذكي لمواجهة المشكلات التربوية لنظام الثانوية العامة الجديد وذلك من خلال تعرف مجتمع التعلم الذكي ومتطلبات تفعيله ومعوقات تنفيذه، وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى ضعف تطبيق مجتمع التعلم الذكي في المدارس الثانوية العامة إذ يواجه التطبيق معوقات عديدة، كان أبرزها يتمثل في التكلفة العالية لتنفيذ بيئات التعلم الذكي، وحاجة المعلمين إلى تدريب خاص ومكثف لاستخدام التكنولوجيا بفاعلية في بيئات التعلم الذكي، بالإضافة إلى عدم قناعة بعض المعلمين ومديري المدارس بجدوى تفعيل مجتمع التعلم الذكي داخل العملية التعليمية، وقد لا يتمتع جميع المتعلمين بإمكانية الوصول إلى التكنولوجيا اللازمة للاستفادة من بيئات التعلم الذكي، كما أوضحت نتائج الدراسة أن متطلبات تفعيل مجتمع التعلم الذكي تعتمد على عدد من المتطلبات المادية الذكية المتمثلة في (المباني الذكية، والفصول والقاعات الذكية، والبنية التحتية الذكية التي تشمل السبورات الذكية، والمنصات الرقمية وبنية تحتية تعليمية ذكية، والمنهج الرقمي الذكي)، وكذلك المتطلبات البشرية المؤهلة للتعامل مع تلك التطبيقات مثل (الإدارة الذكية، والمعلم الذكي، والمتعلم الذكي)، وقدمت الدراسة رؤية مقترحة تعتمد على أبعاد مجتمع التعلم الذكي لمواجهة المشكلات التربوية لنظام الثانوية العامة الجديد.

The research aimed to present a proposed vision for activating the dimensions of the smart learning community to confront the educational problems of the new high school system, by identifying smart learning communities, the requirements for their activation, and the obstacles to their implementation. The results of the study indicated the weakness of the application of smart learning communities in general secondary schools, as the application faces many obstacles, which were The most prominent of which is the high cost of implementing smart learning environments, the severe need for teachers for special and intensive training to use technology effectively in smart learning environments, in addition to the lack of conviction of some teachers and school principals in the feasibility of activating the smart learning community within the educational process, and not all learners may have access to The technology needed to benefit from smart learning environments. The results of the study also showed that the requirements for activating smart learning communities depend on a number of smart physical requirements represented by (smart buildings, smart classrooms and halls, and smart infrastructure that includes smart boards, digital platforms, and smart educational infrastructure) , and the smart digital curriculum), as well as the qualified human requirements to deal with these applications, such as (smart management, smart teacher, and smart learner).
