The paper reached results, the most important of which are: that the state of South Sudan has many elements that give it the opportunity to establish strategic relations with the major powers influencing the global environment. The state of South Sudan includes huge economic resources and enormous natural resources that constitute a springboard for prosperous economic relations between the two countries. The paper presented recommendations, including: The state of South Sudan must act To conduct a strategic dialogue in order to benefit from the current and expected future conditions on the international arena and the complexities of the international strategic balance. Paying attention to the cultural factor to achieve rapprochement between the State of South Sudan and Russia.
