|b After the spread of modern ideas in Europe, modernity, death and technological advances, about the systems and laws that led to constitutions, parliament, the press, and public freedoms; what is the share of the Ottoman Empire and the Moroccan Makhzen from the cake that was promised by modern political systems? We will address the political reality between Turkey and Morocco, to give us a general idea about the context of modernization and its outcomes; its success or failure in the countries concerned, reviewing the different stages that the call for political reform in Turkey and Morocco has gone through, and the roles played by associations in spreading political awareness, demanding constitutions and parliament, and opening the field to the public to exercise positive action, in its various manifestations. And we will use the comparative approach to approach the subject more.
