المستخلص: الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على أشرف المرسلين، وبعد فإن موضوع العدل هو من الموضوعات المهمة التي تقتضيها الفطرة الإنسانية، وبحثه من الدلالة القرآنية عليه لبيان مدى اهتمام الله تعالى به؛ ليتصف عباده به. هو كذلك أمر في بالغ الأهمية، وقد سعى الباحث لتحقيق الأهداف الآتية: - بيان أهمية العدل في الشريعة الإسلامية. -إظهار بلاغة القرآن في تعدد الأساليب للدلالة على المعنى الواحد. - بيان تقرير القرآن أن العدل هو أساس التعامل بين الناس. هذا وتكمن أهمية هذا البحث من أهمية موضوعه ومن أهمية نطاقه، فهو يعنى ببحث موضوع، أمرنا الله به في كتابه العزيز، وهذا الموضوع هو من حقوق الإنسان الأساسية التي تكفلها الشريعة الإسلامية؛ لذا كان موضوعي هذا خاص في الأساليب التي اتبعها القرآن في الأمر بالعدل. وقد شمل التعريف بالعدل وبيان مشروعية التقاضي والتحكيم، ثم بينت في المبحث الثاني أساليب القرآن في الأمر بالعدل وهي: الأمر بصيغة الخبر، والأمر الصريح، وذم غير متبعي طرق العدل، ومدح العادلين، والنهي عن تنكب طريق العدل. وقد قمت بجمع نماذج من الآيات لكل أسلوب من هذه الأساليب وتتبع أقوال المفسرين في تفسيرها وتحليل ذلك كله مع ربط الموضوعات بعضها ببعض وقد خلصت إلى نتائج كثيرة من أهمها - هناك أوامر صريحة بالعدل سواء أكان بصيغة الإخبار أم بفعل الأمر. - الأمر بالعدل ليس خاصا في تعامل المسلمين فيما بينهم بل يشمل كذلك في تعامل المسلمين مع غيرهم. - عدم التزام العدل هو من أمور الجاهلية التي حذرنا الله منها. - إن اتباع الشهوات والميل إلى الهوى يتنافى مع ما أمرنا الله به من اتباع الحق والحكم بالعدل. - سائلا المولى القدير أن يعلمني ما لم أعلم، ويفهمني ما لم أفهم ويهديني الطريق الأقوم.

Justice is one of the important subjects required by human nature. Researching justice comes out from the significance the Quran gives to this topic, hence, it shows the extent of the sacred care of the Almighty in making his servants characterized with justice which is also a matter of utmost importance, The researcher has sought to achieve the following goals: • Explaining the importance of justice in Islamic law. • Demonstrating the eloquence of the Quran in the multiplicity of methods to indicate the same meaning. • Demonstrating that The Quran states justice is the basis of dealing amongst people. The importance of this research lies on the importance of its topic and the importance of its scope. It is concerned about researching a topic God has commanded us to carry out in His Holy Book, and this topic is one of basic human rights guaranteed by Islamic law, thus, my topic is specifically about the methods followed by the Quran in commanding justice. It includes a definition of justice and a statement of the legitimacy of litigation and arbitration. Then, in the second section, I explain the methods of the Quran in commanding justice, which are: the command in the form of news, the explicit command, the condemnation of those who do not follow the paths of justice, the praise of the just, and the prohibition of straying from the path of justice. I have collected some examples of verses for each of these methods, have followed the commentators» sayings in interpreting them, and have analyzed all of that, while linking the topics to each other. I have concluded many results, the most important of which are: • There are explicit commands of justice, whether in the form of information or by the act of command. • The command of being fair is not specific to Muslims when dealing with one another, but rather includes the dealings of Muslims with non-Muslim others. • Failure to adhere to justice is one of the matters of ignorance that God warned us about. • Following one’s desires and inclining toward one’s desires contradicts what God has commanded us to do regarding following the truth and ruling justly.
