|a هدف الدراسة البحث في ظاهرة الهجرة والمهاجرين في سياسات دول الاتحاد الأوروبي في ظل تفشي جائحة كورونا، تناولنا خلالها مفهوم الهجرة، التطرق إلى الإجراءات التي اتخذتها الدول الأوروبية كتكتل وكدول منفردة من أجل الحد من ظاهرة الهجرة ومن تداعيات كورونا على المهاجرين في ظل انتشار الفيروس الذي كان له آثار سلبية عليهم خاصةً في ظل السياسات الأوروبية. مشكلة البحث: ماهي الانعكاسات والتداعيات التي خلفتها الإجراءات المتخذة من طرف الاتحاد الأوروبي على وضعية المهاجرين؟ منهجية العمل: اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، لضرورة نقل المعلومات في الجانب النظري ثم نقوم بتحليلها وفقاً ما تستدعيه الدراسة. عرض النتائج: إن الإجراءات الاحترازية التي اتخذتها الدول الأوروبية من غلق شامل وعزل وصولاً إلى إلزامية التلقيح من أجل العودة إلى الحياة الطبيعية، كانت لها انعكاسات وتأثيرات سلبية على المهاجرين والمهاجرين غير الشرعيين، حيث عمق انتشار كورونا أزمة الهجرة والمهاجرين في أوروبا، باعتبارهم عرضة للعدوى مع صعوبة حصولهم على الرعاية الصحية بسبب وضعيتهم القانونية أو الاجتماعية.
|b The aim of the study: researching the phenomenon of immigration and immigrants in the policies of the European Union countries in light of the spread of the Corona pandemic, during which we dealt with the concept of migration, touching on the measures taken by European countries as a bloc and as individual countries in order to reduce the phenomenon of migration and the repercussions of Corona on immigrants in light of The spread of the virus, which had negative effects on them, especially in light of European policies. Research problem: What are the repercussions and repercussions of the measures taken by the European Union on the status of immigrants? Work methodology: We relied on the analytical descriptive approach, due to the necessity of conveying information in the theoretical aspect, and then we analyze it according to what the study calls for. Presentation of the results: The precautionary measures taken by European countries, from comprehensive closure and isolation, to compulsory vaccination in order to return to normal life, had negative repercussions and effects on immigrants and illegal immigrants, as the spread of Corona deepened the migration and immigrant crisis in Europe, They are vulnerable to infection and have difficulty accessing health care because of their legal or social status.
