|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف دور الاتحاد الدولي الجمعيات ومؤسسات المكتبات في تطوير قطاع المكتبات فيما يتعلق بتطبيق تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، والتعرف إلى التحديات التي تواجه المكتبات في ظل ثورة الذكاء الاصطناعي، وجهود الاتحاد الدولي الجمعيات ومؤسسات المكتبات (الإفلا) في هذا الجانب. واعتمدت الدراسة في تحقيق أهدافها على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال الاستعانة بأداتي المقابلة وتحليل المحتوى. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الإفلا تقوم بدور بارز في الرقي بقطاع المكتبات وضمان مواكبته للتطورات التقنية الحاصلة، كما أنها تهتم بتطوير كفاءات العاملين في مختلف مؤسسات المعلومات وإكسابهم مهارات العصر اللازمة من خلال الورش التدريبية والحلقات النقاشية التي تنفذها.
|b This study aimed to explore the role of the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA) in developing the library sector concerning the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, identifying the challenges libraries face amidst the Al revolution, and recognizing the efforts of IFLA in this regard. The study relies on the descriptive-analytical method, utilizing interviews and content analysis tools to achieve its objectives. The study concluded that IFLA plays a prominent role in advancing the library sector and ensuring its alignment with ongoing technological developments. It also focuses on developing the competencies of employees in various information institutions and equipping them with the necessary contemporary skills through training workshops and discussion sessions. Additionally, the study found that IFLA's efforts are significant in enhancing strategic planning and strategic response to AI in libraries.
