المستخلص: The world witnesses a widespread of hate speech. The phenomenon that threatens human rights, social stability and peace. As a result, the danger of the escalation of this phenomenon needs a search for ways to confront and limit it. Ways that should be far from idealism, based on reality, and be a treatment for its most important causes, especially those that undermine the social cohesion and set up circumstances for hatred and extremism. Thus, this is what the article tried to address, which ended with the conclusion that despite the multiplicity and diversity of causes, they are entirely related to what affects human thought. Therefore, the most effective solutions are those that achieve and enhance intellectual security.
