|a يُعد تصميم أدوات قياس تتسم بالكفاءة السيكومترية من خلال جمع أدلة الصدق المناسبة لتفسيرات درجات هذه الأدوات أمراً مهماً للثقة في جودة البيانات التي يتم الحصول عليها، ومن ثم صدق استدلالات الدراسات التي تستخدم فيها هذه الأدوات، ومن بين هذه الأدلة دليل الصدق القائم على البنية الداخلية، والذي يتم جمعه غالباً باستخدام التحليل العاملي بنوعيه الاستكشافي والتوكيدي، ولكن ثمة أكثر التحديات التي تواجه الباحثين هو كيفية إجراء التحليل العاملي الاستكشافي والتوكيدي والتأكد من استقرار البنية العاملية على عينات مختلفة دون الحاجة لتطبيق أداة القياس وجمع البيانات عدة مرات، ومن هنا تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى عرض مبسط عن مفهوم صدق التفسيرات وأدلته التحليل العاملي الاستكشافي وبعض القضايا المنهجية المرتبطة به مع توضيح الفرق بينه وبين تحليل المكونات الأساسية، التحليل العاملي التوكيدي، وكذلك عرض مفهوم الصدق عبر العينات وكيفية استخدامه في التحقق من صدق واستقرار نتائج التحليل العاملي عبر العينات من خلال مثال تفصيلي باستخدام حزمة kfa في برنامج R، وكذلك تفسير تقرير النتائج والاختيار بين النماذج العاملية التي تدعم تفسير الدرجات لاستخدامات محددة، كما تتضمن الدراسة في نهايتها بعض التوصيات الخاصة باستخدام التحليل العاملي الاستكشافي والتوكيدي في جمع دليل الصدق القائم على البنية الداخلية.
|b Designing psychometrically efficient measurement instruments by collecting appropriate sources of validity evidence for supporting score interpretations and uses is essential for ensuring the quality of the collected data and the validity of study-based inferences. Among these sources of evidence is validity based on internal structure, often gathered through exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses. However, one of the primary challenges researchers face is how to conduct exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses and ensure the stability of the factor structure across different samples without repeatedly administering the measurement instrument and collecting data. This study aims to provide a concise overview of the concept of validity evidence and its sources, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), and its associated methodological issues, while clarifying the difference between EFA and principal component analysis. It also covers confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), the concept of cross-validation, and how it can be used to verify the validity and stability of factor analysis results across samples. A detailed example using the kfa package in R is included, demonstrating how to interpret results, choose among factor models, and support score interpretations for proposed uses. The study concludes with recommendations for using EFA and CFA to collect validity evidence based on internal structure.
