|a هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على أثر الصراع العربي الإسرائيلي على مدي إمكانية قيام توازن قوي عربي في المنقطة فقد جلبت الأهمية الاستراتيجية للمنطقة العربية الأطماع للدول العربية، وهكذا أن التنافس الدولي والإقليمي، والوجود الإسرائيلي في قلب المنطقة العربية، والفقر والتدهور الاقتصادي والحروب ونزاعات الحدود وعدم الاستقرار السياسي والسعي لإقامة تحالفات مع أطراف خارجية، كل هذه العوامل شكلت معا اختلالا واضحا في توازن القوي العربي الإقليمي في المنطقة، وتسبب في إحداث صراعات إقليمية وداخلية، وهو ما يعد مهدد أساسي لمستقبل أمن العربي الإقليمي. فلاشك أن التوزانات القائمة في إقليم ما يؤثر على أمنها، لذلك فإي تفاعلات ديناميكة بين الدول الأجنبية الموجودة تؤثر بشكل مباشر على أمن هذه الدول، وكذلك فإن أي محاولة للإخلال بهذه التوازانات من شأنه أن يخل بالأمن القومي لدوله، مما يؤدي إلى انتقاص من سيادة الدولة الوطنية وارتهان لقرارها السياسي وفقدان الاستقلال الاقتصادي، ومما يسهل أيضا الضغط على سياستها الداخلية والخارجية، ومن هذا المنطلق فإن منطقة البحر الأحمر وبوجه خاص الدول العربية، تأثرت بالوجود العسكري فيه وكذلك الصراع العربي الإسرائيلي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن هذه التداعيات تشكل اختلالا واضحا في ميزان القوي العربي لصالح إسرائيل والولايات المتحدة، وهو ما سعت الدراسة للبحث عن أسبابه والتعرف على هذه التداعيات.
|b The strategic importance of the Arab region has brought ambitions to Arab countries, and thus international and regional competition, the Israeli presence in the Arab region, poverty, economic decline, wars, border disputes, political instability, and the pursuit of alliances with external parties,. all of these factors together constituted a real imbalance of Arab regional power, and caused regional and internal conflicts, which is considered a fundamental threat to the future of Arab regional security. There is no doubt that the existing balances in a region affect its security. Therefore, any dynamic interactions between existing foreign countries directly affect in their security . Likewise, any violation of these balances would undermine the national security of its countries, which leads to a diminution of the sovereignty of the national state, dependence on its political decision, and loss of economic independence, which leads also to pressure on its internal and foreign policy, So the Red Sea region, and in particular the countries Arabic, influenced by the military presence there and The Arab-Israeli Conflict. The study concluded that these repercussions constitute a clear imbalance of Arab power in favor of Israel. And the United States, so the study try to search for its causes and identify these repercussions.
