المستخلص: استهدفت الدراسة الراهنة رصد واقع تطبيق التحول الرقمي بإدارات التضامن الاجتماعي تحديد مستوى تحقيق عدالة توزيع خدمات الدعم الحكومي في المجتمع المحلي، تحديد العلاقة بين تطبيق التحول الرقمي وتحقيق عدالة توزيع خدمات الدعم الحكومي، وتحديد الصعوبات التي تواجه إسهامات تطبيق التحول الرقمي في تحقيق عدالة توزيع خدمات الدعم الحكومي، ومن ثم تحديد مقترحات تفعيل إسهامات تطبيق التحول الرقمي في تحقيق عدالة توزيع خدمات الدعم الحكومي، وتنتمى هذه الدراسة إلى الدراسات الوصفية حيث أنها تركز على رصد وتحليل العلاقة بين تطبيق التحول الرقمي وتحقيق عدالة توزيع خدمات الدعم الحكومي وصولا إلى إجراءات تنفيذية مقترحة لتحقيق عدالة توزيع خدمات الدعم الحكومي باستخدام التحول الرقمي، واعتمدت الدراسة على استخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل للمستفيدين من برنامج فرصة للتمكين الاقتصادي بإدارة التضامن الاجتماعي بمركز أبوتيج، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أنه توجد علاقة طردية تأثيرية دالة إحصائيا بين استراتيجيات تطبيق التحول الرقمي وتحقيق عدالة توزيع خدمات الدعم، وبين التدريب وبناء القدرات لتطبيق التحول الرقمي وتحقيق عدالة توزيع خدمات الدعم، كما توصلت أيضا إلى أنه توجد علاقة طردية تأثيرية دالة إحصائيا بين تطبيق التحول الرقمي وتحقيق عدالة توزيع خدمات الدعم الحكومي في المجتمع المحلي.

The current study aimed to monitor the reality of digital application in social solidarity departments, determine the level of achieving justice in the distribution of government support services in the local community, determine the relationship between the application of digital justice in the distribution of government support services, and determine the challenges facing the application of digital transformation in achieving justice in the distribution of government support services, and then determine the effective mechanisms for transformation applications in achieving justice in the distribution of digital government support services This study belongs to the descriptive studies as it focuses on monitoring and analyzing the relationship between the application of digital transformation and achieving fair distribution of government support services, leading to proposed executive procedures to achieve fair distribution of government support services using digital transformation The study relied on using the comprehensive social survey approach for beneficiaries of the Forsa Economic Empowerment Program at the Social Solidarity Department in Abu Tig Center. The results of the study concluded that there is a statistically significant positive relationship between the strategies for implementing digital transformation and achieving fair distribution of support services And between training and capacity building to implement digital transformation and achieve fair distribution of support services, it also concluded that there is a statistically significant direct relationship between implementing digital transformation and achieving fair distribution of government support services in the local community.
