المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تنمية مهارات تصميم وإنتاج الوسائل التعليمية لدى الطالبة المعلمة للأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة من خلال البرنامج التدريبي القائم على الصفوف المقلوبة، وتم الإعتماد على المنهج التجريبي والتصميم شبه التجريبي ذي المجموعة الواحدة لعينة البحث، وتشمل طالبات الفرقة الرابعة ببرنامج التدخل المبكر بكلية التربية للطفولة المبكرة بجامعة الإسكندرية وعددهم (٤١) طالبة، وتألفت أدوات البحث من استبيان تقصي مستوي الطالبة المعلمة ببرنامج التدخل المبكر في إنتاج وتوظيف الوسائل التعليمية مع الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، قائمة الوسائل التعليمية اللازمة للطالبة المعلمة ببرنامج التدخل المبكر (بالفرقة الرابعة) وفق احتياجاتهن، بطاقة تقييم مهارات تصميم وإنتاج الوسائل التعليمية لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، اختبار الجانب المعرفي الخاص بالوسائل التعليمية لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، ومواد تعليمية تتمثل في برنامج تدريبي قائم على الفصول المقلوبة لتنمية مهارات تصميم وإنتاج الوسائل التعليمية لدى الطالبة المعلمة للأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وقد أسفرت نتائج البحث عن التالي: - توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطي درجات طالبات المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين القبلي والبعدي لاختبار الجانب المعرفي الخاص بالوسائل التعليمية لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة لصالح القياس البعدي. - توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسط درجات طالبات المجموعة التجريبية في القياس البعدي والمتوسط الفرضي (الإعتباري) لمهارات تصميم وإنتاج الوسائل التعليمية ومجموعها الكلي لصالح متوسط درجات طالبات المجموعة التجريبية". ويوصي البحث بأهمية تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي القائم على الفصول المقلوبة لتنمية مهارات تصميم وإنتاج الوسائل التعليمية لدى الطالبة المعلمة للأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة؛ لما له من تأثير على تنمية مهاراتهم في تصميم وإنتاج وسائل تعليمية تتناسب مع خصائص كل إعاقة على حدة، كما يوصي بضرورة تطوير برامج إعداد معلمي التربية الخاصة في كليات التربية بما يتناسب مع متغيرات العصر، وتبصير معلمي التربية الخاصة قبل الخدمة بضرورة وأهمية استخدام الوسائل التعليمية أثناء تدريس مناهج التربية الخاصة.

The current research aims to develop the skills of designing and producing educational aids among the student teacher for children with special needs through the training program based on flipped classrooms, The experimental approach and one-group quasi-experimental design were relied upon for the research sample, which includes fourth-year female students in the early intervention program at the faculty of Early Childhood Education, Alexandria University, numbering (41) female students, The research tools included a questionnaire to investigate the level of the student teacher in the early intervention program in producing and employing educational aids with children with special needs, a list of educational aids needed for the student teacher in the early intervention program (in the fourth year) according to their needs, an assessment card for the skills of designing and producing educational aids for children with special needs, Testing the cognitive aspect of educational aids for children with special needs, and educational materials represented in a training program based on flipped classrooms to develop the skills of designing and producing educational aids among the student teacher of children with special needs, The findings of the research resulted in the following: - There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the female students of the experimental group in the pre/post-measurements to test the cognitive aspect of educational aids for children with special needs, in favor of the post-measurement. - There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the female students of the experimental group in the post-measurement and the hypothetical (nominal) average of the skills of designing and producing educational aids and their total sum in favor of the average scores of the female students of the experimental group. The research recommends: the importance of applying the training program based on flipped classrooms to develop the skills of designing and producing educational aids among the student teacher of children with special needs, because of its impact on developing their skills in designing and producing educational aids that suit the characteristics of each individual disability, It also recommends the need to develop special education teacher preparation programs in faculties of education in a way that is compatible with contemporary changes, and to enlighten special education teachers (pre-service) about the necessity and importance of using educational aids while teaching special education curricula.
