المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي إلى دراسة فاعلية تطبيق رقمي (Priority Matrix) قائم على مصفوفة أيزنهاور لتحسين مهارات إدارة الوقت لدى عينة من طلاب المرحلة الثانوية، والمساعدة في تنظيم أولوياتهم بناء على أهمية المهام وعجلتها. تكونت عينة البحث من ۲۲ طالب وطالبة من طلاب مدرسة الإبداع الدولية التابعة للإدارة التعليمية لمحافظة الجيزة، تم عرض موضوع البحث على ٦٥ طالب لمن يرغب في المشاركة، وتم استبعاد الطلاب الغير منتظمين في الحضور لجميع الجلسات والتطبيق القبلي والبعدي لأدوات البحث، وقد تم تطبيق البرنامج عليهم في ست جلسات خلال العام الدراسي ۲۰۲۲/ 2023م، وقد اشتملت أدوات البحث على استمارة البيانات العامة اختبار إدارة الوقت لطلاب المرحلة الثانوية مبني على نموذج مصفوفة أيزنهاور (إعداد الباحثة)، برنامج إدارة الوقت القائم على تطبيق Priority Matrix المستند إلى مصفوفة أيزنهاور، يتبع هذا البحث المنهج التجريبي، وتم تحليل واستخراج النتائج باستخدام برنامج الرزم الإحصائية SPSS وقد كان من أهم نتائج البحث - وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين طلاب المرحلة الثانوية في إدارة الوقت باستخدام تطبيق Priority Matrix القائم على مصفوفة أيزنهاور وبين متغيرات المستوى الاجتماعي والاقتصادي - وجود فروق دالة في بعض المتغيرات (مثل الجنس وعمل الأم)، بينما لم يتحقق بالنسبة لمتغيرات أخرى مثل الترتيب بين الأخوة المستوى التعليمي للأب والأم، وعمل الأب والدخل الشهري للأسرة. - وجود علاقة خطية بين المتغيرات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية ومتغير إدارة الوقت، مما يدل على أن هذه المتغيرات تؤثر على إدارة الوقت، وقد كانت العلاقة دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة 0.001، مما يعزز من قوة الفرض - وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين طلاب المرحلة الثانوية في إدارة الوقت قبل وبعد تطبيق البرنامج لصالح التطبيق البعدي. ومن أهم توصيات البحث: - أوصت نتائج البحث بتطوير برامج تدريبية إضافية باستخدام تطبيقات رقمية لتعزيز مهارات إدارة الوقت لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية، مع التركيز على استراتيجيات التعلم النشط والتفاعلي. - كما أكدت النتائج على ضرورة تنظيم ورش عمل توعوية لأولياء الأمور حول أهمية دعم أبنائهم في إدارة الوقت وكيفية استخدام تطبيقات مثل Priority Matrix لتحسين هذه المهارات.

The current research aimed to study the effectiveness of a digital application (Priority Matrix) based on the Eisenhower Matrix to enhance time management skills among a sample of high school students and to assist them in organizing their priorities based on task importance and urgency. The sample consisted of 42 students from the International Creativity School affiliated with the Giza Educational Administration. A total of 65 students were presented with the research topic to participate, and those who were irregular in attending all sessions and pre- and posttests of the research tools were excluded. The program was implemented over six sessions during the 2022/2023 academic year. Research tools included a general data form, a time management test for high school students based on the Eisenhower Matrix model (prepared by the researcher), and a time management program based on the Priority Matrix application grounded in the Eisenhower Matrix. This research followed an experimental methodology, and results were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The main findings of the research included: - A statistically significant correlation between high school students' time management using the Priority Matrix application based on the Eisenhower Matrix and social and economic variables. - Significant differences were found in some variables (such as gender and maternal employment), while no significant differences were observed for other variables like sibling order, educational level of parents, paternal employment, and family monthly income. - A linear relationship between social and economic variables and time management, indicating that these variables affect time management, with a statistically significant relationship at the 0.001 significance level, which strengthens the hypothesis. - Statistically significant differences in high school students' time management before and after implementing the program, favoring the post-test results. Recommendations: - The research results recommended developing additional training programs using digital applications to enhance time management skills among high school students, focusing on active and interactive learning strategies. - The findings also emphasized the necessity of organizing awareness workshops for parents about the importance of supporting their children in time management and how to use applications like Priority Matrix to improve these skills.
