|a يهدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن استراتيجيات مواجهة ضغوط بيئة العمل لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية بشمال سيناء في ضوء خبرات بعض الدول. واعتمد البحث في جمع البيانات على استبيان تم تطبيقه على عينة الدراسة التي تكونت من (١٦٤) فردا من مديري المدارس بمديرية التربية والتعليم بشمال سيناء. وتوصل البحث إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها ارتفاع مستوى ضغوط العمل لأفراد العينة حيث إن طبيعة العمل جاءت بالمركز الأول كمصدر ومسبب من مصادر الضغوط، واهتمام الإدارات العليا في المنظمات قيد الدراسة ضعيف بالجانب المعنوي في محيط العمل، واختلاف أفراد العينة تبعا لشخصياتهم وقدراتهم في الاستجابة والتكيف مع الضغوط الناتجة عن طبيعة العمل وصراع وغموض الدور وعبء العمل. ويوصي البحث بتشجيع الباحثين على إجراء المزيد من الدراسات والبحوث الميدانية للتعرف على المزيد من مصادر ضغوط العمل وتناولها بالتفصيل على مؤسسات أخرى ذات قطاع عام وخاص وإيجاد الاستراتيجيات التي ترفع من مستوى أدائهم الشيء الذي يسهم في تحقيق أهداف المؤسسة.
|b Objective: It aimed to reveal strategies for confronting the pressures of the work environment among secondary school principals in North Sinai in light of the experiences of some countries Procedures: In collecting data, the study relied on a questionnaire that was applied to the study sample, which consisted of (164) school principals in the North Sinai Directorate of Education. Results: High level of work stress for individuals in the sample, as the nature of the work came in first place as a source and cause of stress, and the interest of senior management in the organizations under study is weak in the moral aspect of the work environment, and the differences among individuals in the sample depending on their personalities and abilities in responding and adapting to the pressures resulting from the nature of the work. Conflict and ambiguity of role and workload. Suggestions: Encouraging researchers to conduct more studies and field research to identify more sources of work stress and discuss them in detail in other public and private sector institutions and to find strategies that raise the level of their performance, which contributes to achieving the institution’s goals.
