يهدف البحث إلى دراسة المتغيرات والتحديات التي تواجه المعلم في القرن الحادي والعشرين، دراسة المتغيرات والتحديات التي تواجه المعلم في منطقة دول الخليج العربي، ودراسة المتغيرات والتحديات التي تواجه معلم التربية الموسيقية بالمرحلة المتوسطة في دولة الكويت. استعانت الدارسة بالمنهج الوصفي، واقتصرت عينة الدراسة على معلم التربية الموسيقية بالمرحلة المتوسطة بمدارس التعليم العام في دولة الكويت. تناولت الباحثة أهم المتغيرات والتحديات التي تواجه المعلم في القرن الحادي والعشرين، والتي كان من أهمها المتغيرات الاقتصادية، الثورة المعرفية والتغيرات الثقافية، الثورة التكنولوجية، كما تناولت الباحثة تحديات المعلم والتغير المتسارع للعصر، تحديات المعلم والإصلاح التربوي، التحديات التي تواجه المعلم في منطقة دول الخليج العربي، تحديات مُعلم التربية الموسيقية بالمرحلة المتوسطة في دولة الكويت، تحديات المعلم في تحقيق المعايير الرئيسية للمنهج الوطني الكويتي الحديث بالمرحلة المتوسطة في دولة الكويت، تحديات المعلم في تنمية المعارف بالعناصر الأساسية للموسيقى وتحليلها، وتحديات المعلم في تنمية المهارات الفنية والتعبير الإبداعي. وبعد الانتهاء من الدراسة توصلت الباحثة إلى عدد من النتائج، وكان من أهمها: يواجه معلم التربية الموسيقية في دولة الكويت العديد من التحديات والمتغيرات المتلاحقة؛ نظراً للتقدم العلمي والتكنولوجي الذي يشهده المعلم بالقرن الحادي والعشرين. تعد التحسينات التربوية للعاملين في مجال التعليم من أصعب وأهم التحديات التي تواجه العالم بدخول القرن الحادي والعشرين. تكمن تحديات المعلم في إثراء تعزيز حقوق الإنسان والمواطنة الديمقراطية بالإضافة إلى استخدام المعرفة والمهارات والقيم والمواقف اللازمة لتعزيز الشمولية والعدالة الاجتماعية والتنمية المستدامة على أساس احتراماً لجميع لحقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية.
Research aims to study the variables and challenges facing the teacher in the Twenty-First Century, to study the variables and challenges facing the teacher in the Arab Gulf region, and to study the variables and challenges facing the teacher of music education in the middle stage in Kuwait. Researcher used descriptive curriculum, and the sample of the study was limited to the middle school music education teacher in general education schools in the state of Kuwait. The researcher addressed the most important variables and challenges facing the teacher in the Twenty-First Century, the most important of which were the economic variables, the cognitive revolution and cultural changes, the technological revolution, the challenges of the teacher and the accelerated change of the era, the challenges of the teacher and educational reform, the challenges facing the teacher in the region of the Arab Gulf states, the challenges of the teacher of music education at the Middle School in the state of Kuwait, the challenges of the teacher in achieving the main standards of the modern Kuwaiti national curriculum at the Middle School in the state of Kuwait, the challenges of the teacher in developing knowledge of the basic elements of music and its analysis, and the challenges of the teacher in the development of Artistic skills and creative expression After completing the study, the researcher came to a number of results, the most important of which were: Music education teacher in the state of Kuwait faces many challenges and successive changes due to the scientific and technological progress witnessed by the teacher in the Twenty-First Century Educational improvements for education workers are one of the most difficult and important challenges facing the world entering the Twenty-First Century Teacher's challenges lie in enriching the promotion of human rights and democratic citizenship as well as using the knowledge, skills, values and attitudes necessary to promote inclusiveness, social justice and sustainable development based on respect for all human rights and fundamental freedoms.
